Tried a few different browsers and stuff so does look like its account specific - don’t think they can run out of the 10k quota so quickly. Lets ask @Quidco_Rep to see if they can clarify.

Your bonus will be paid into your Quidco account within 14 days of an eligible transaction reaching 'confirmed' status. You will be notified by a 'Bonus Paid' status in the Bonus Cashback section of your Activity.
You may only use each opt-in bonus offer once, and the bonus will be linked to the first valid purchase made after activation.
Should you opt-in to the promotion but fail to make an eligible purchase before the deadline the status in your Bonus Cashback section will revert to 'Declined' or 'Expired'.
Quidco shall not be responsible for lost connections, miscommunications, failed computer transmissions or technical failures. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt.
Uses of personal data received by Quidco in the course of the promotion are subject to Quidco's data protection policy.
Quidco reserve the right to remove any account holders from the promotion that they feel may breach any of these terms and conditions or may bring the participant or the promotion into disrepute.
This includes purchases that may be fraudulent or otherwise contrary to the spirit of the promotion.
Only one bonus will be paid per member participating.
Any decision made by Quidco is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

It's not going to work mate just take it on the chin and move on
Logged in after not using them for a year the other week, extra £10 offered clicked it was told I wasn’t eligible, it showed me the offer! Next days later marketing email for the same £10 offer clicked it same again. Emailed them and as I would expect nothing back. Quidco used to be good but now just poor.
If anything came of this, it made me login to my Quidco account and I had £2.50 waiting to be withdrawn, I'm rich now... cheers op

Got £7.50 on the dead account which i am not gonna go for. Nothing on wife's (premium) and mine (basic) 👎👎👎
I opted in to a few, but none of them even appear in the bonus cashback tab.
Definitely account specific and my account was eligible and wife's doesn't. Regarding the previous bonus cashbacks, mine got tracked all the time and touchwood so far every bonus (+ cashback) is tracked except for the ones where I could not make the qualifying purchase on time and the page shows expired (rightly so). Many thanks for the heads-up OP!

So we do offer bonuses (like these) which are account specific. For those of you who can't opt in, please can you double check that the email address you are receiving the email to is the same one that is registered to the account you are logging in to?

When I see an account cannot opt in to a bonus, most of the time it's due to the user having a second (often unknown) account registered under a secondary email. If you're then trying to opt in to this bonus on a different email you will be seeing this message that you are not eligible, however if you were to log in to the account under the email address you see the email come through with, you'd be able to opt in with no trouble.

I find that most people who are having this issue don't realise that that they have a second account. It's usually that they have tried to log in once time with the wrong email, and inadvertently created the account. The account is then never used and has no activity, so the email sent out is one to encourage people who have not used us and have no activity to start using us.

so In simple English - bugger off premium and basic users!! This offer is only for people who don't use quidco anymore
This offer is to encourage those who haven't yet used us to make a purchase, but we do have many more bonuses and there will be many more to come, both for Premium only and some for all users!
