Hot if any asda sells these near me.
better than tesco own brand one which looks watery

avoid sunflower oil...all PUFAs should be avoided... Monunsaturated oils like Olive oil are best. OIive Pomace oil 5l can bought for about £7 and in asda Bertoli extra virgin oil 750ml=3.00 0r asda own 1l for 2.89. It is more erxpensive but you use less .
It is well known that the veg oil industry has over hyped the beneficial effects of PUFAs when they knew that saturated and monounsatuated fats were never unsafe for us. Coconut oil got a very bad reputation for the Acel keys experiment using hydrogenated saturated fat in his experiments. This has been the thinking for nearly 50 years and even now with all the evidence people still think BUTTER IS BAD AND MARGARINE IS GOOD WHICH IS NONSENSE,

EAT HEALTHIFUL FATS LIKE BUTTER, AVOCADOS, OLIVE OIL....AVOID oils with high PUFAs like corn rapeseed, and sunflower oil,
Read the coconut oil miracle or GOOGLE ANCEL KEYS FOR MORE INFO

I'm not feeding my car olive oil! Give me all the cheap oil my car can carry then I'm off to blend it with my heating oil and a dash of two stroke.

Cheaper than diesel! - hot!

You can't cook with Olive Oil, high temperature causes it to produce carcinogens.

"East End" brand, did it fall off the back of a lorry?

Thanks, this is going straight in my car..

You don't need to go to any website. Just look at the scientific evidence to date. Cooking with olive oil is no brainer.

Use pomace olive or non-virgin olive oil. Avoid corn, sunflower or any polyunsat oils as these oils are unstable at high temps. Coconut oil is the most stable oil to fry in. Can be re-used as well.Re-using veg oil for frying is as bad as drinking rancid oils.

Virgin Coconut oil and EVOO is the best oils we can consume.
A large proportion of coconut oil has lauric acid a natural antibiotic, antifungal agent present also in breast milk.
Breast milk allows babies to develop immunity and its the lauric acid which has the most important role.
In Sr Lanka and the tropics the vast majority of people consume coconut oil in their diet.
Cardiovascular disease in the philippines and tropics is extremely low compared to western countries with high use of oils like corn and sunflower .
The majority of agrobusiness in US is gmo corn an its associated products like glucose fructose syrup.
Its probably safer to use in as fuel in your automobile.
It's so cheap that farmers get paid more to grow it than any other crop. Since the food industry uses the byproduct Gfrucose syrup as sugar in 90% of foodstuffs. The health implications of that is another story.

Where did I put my 306 D Turbo. She loved this stuff Unfortunately my current 2.2 I-ctdi wouldn't go much on it or I'd be all over this.

Taking typical hukd mentality lately I should vote this cold as its no use to me............ However I don't have that mentality and its a damn good price.
