Community Updates
@matwalaboy there is an important update!

Apart from the fact some vouchers expire today

When using ANY code, also scan your BonusCard, AND ... If offered a receipt, TAKE IT.

An extra £5 voucher is then printed, that can be used from the following day, and lasts 11 or 12 days, against further purchase of £40 or more.

From memory, this stacks perfectly with other offers, like the adding cash on to your BonusCard and getting a free £1 for each £20 you add to your card. And, has previously further stacked with the NHS/BlueLight BonusCard, which is immanently due to start too.

Iceland have a habit of extending offers, for those that actively use the initial offer. And, like this £5 offer you kindly posted extending to a fresh £5 offer, the immanent NHS 10-ish% off deal, if used, normally extends a further month

And, yes, I hid my barcode with my NHS BonusCard :-P

Excellent offer. Thanks for sharing.

Even if you never go into Iceland this offer tempts you because you can easily stock up on frozen items, boxes of cat food or just do a general shopping (worth £20).

The barcode on the mobile was good enough for me, didn't get picked up by the scanner but she manually typed it in. Same for the fella in front of me, he handed his mobile over too. The receipt came with a till spit for £5 off £40 for the following week
I used the one from last Friday's Metro... 20 packs of (half price) Gin & Tonic ice lollies
Thanks, will be useful.

Does anyone know if there is any other place you can obtain a copy of the Metro on a daily basis without going on transport like the Metro or the ferry
similar coupon also in today's daily express and daily mirror.

I asked Iceland the same question on Twitter.
They responded this morning in a tweet at 8:42am, that the coupon can be redeemed until close of business on 01/10/2019.

(You can go on Twitter and search for the response to confirm for yourself, if you wish)

I think a lot of the bigger Hospitals have them at the main entrance. Royal Derby does, Just have to remember to pick one up at 6am. when you are half asleep as they are often all gone later on (especially when there are good coupons in them )
No Iceland bonus card needed?
As an Iceland bonus card customer, I received a coupon by email.
kangan199230/09/2019 14:30

how do I scan it please

Just open camera app ... it will detect it automatically... works on iOS only
Thank you, got my shop today. Well I picked it in the shop today, they can only deliver tomorrow. Seems they are busy!
That coupon link that’s posted here that goes in the iPhone wallet doesn’t work at the till and Iceland staff are sick of customers trying to use it?, Thanks for that
I scanned the QR code pictured above on an android phone. I don't have any sort of wallet, but I used a QR scanner app that I already had on my phone (QR code pro) and it gave me a webpage which displayed a barcode and the offer.

This wasn't the same barcode number as in the newspaper coupon, but I went into Iceland this afternoon and the checkout operator scanned the barcode on my phone without any problem and I got my £5 off.

Thanks to the OP and to Adam_Adamkiewicz.

This deal should not be expired, because it will still be possible to use the QR code tomorrow.
