Maybe they should keep the £5 and put it towards a better website and infrastructure that doesn't make you wait in virtual queues.

You have no idea how many people are trying to access the B&Q site alone, not including the stores. The demand is way beyond what has ever been seen before.

Nah, the site was terrible before all this anyway. Regardless of the number of people waiting, always been awful.

Good timing! Saved me a fiver on a £39 Karcher gun and hose! Thanks

Fence paint seems to be the new tp!
Thanks heat given
I've used the website a couple of times the past few weeks and no virtual queues at all for me

You either wait in the virtual queue and save £5 or take a trip down directly the Choice is yours..
Bit tricky where to put voucher code but worked perfectly when found. Thank You
Good find
They've offered this for years now if you sign up to the B&Q Club, no?
Great find, was placing an order this morning as well! Cheers.
Thank you
Another shop trying to force people to venture out to collect rather than stay safe and have it delivered. Except, even worse, the majority of the items I looked at aren’t even available to click and collect either. So, what they’re actually encouraging is people to turn up and browse just to see if they have said items in stock or not.
Can you use this code repeatedly? Say I wanted 10 packs of £35/per pack flooring?

Buy & Queue ;-
Can't order the paint even for collection in any store, weird, code working good
If anyone has been to B&Q lately, do they have a separate queue for click and collect?
Code initially showed discount but when I tried to checkout item was back at full price. Now getting "Code not valid" so might have missed the boat.

no, I found that if you want to use it again make a separate order with a different email address

I signed up for the B&Q club about a week or so ago as you get this exact deal (didn’t know it was a generic code)! So was able to use it in store as you get an email with this on a Barcode. The code wasn’t working online for me so went instore and worked fine.

The Llanelli store has it, a separate door with a desk in front of it, used the code on Friday, for pick up of paint on Sunday. My local store (Swansea) didn't have it in stock. £25 instead of £30.

Thanks, my local has the click and collect near the entrance so hopefully they too have a separate queue.

Same problem, says it's in stock for collection only, enter all my details etc, then says it's not available.

I'd like to see them put the £5 towards their stock inventory system. I find it extremely annoying that the website lets you add itemsto your basket when they are clearly not in stock for sale.

I can confirm that North Shields does this, they have a seperate Click & Collect doorway outside that you pick up your items from so you don't have to queue to get inside.

The website is OK, not great. But the point is that they have massively increased demand, so why are people upset at queuing? Go do something else while the page loads.

It's a multimillion concern this isn't Mrs Dickens soap dish online shop. They've had four months to sort out better servers etc. What you'll find is like every large corporation they’ve furlonged all service staff.
I'm sick of phoning up huge multinationals and the message is "due to current circumstances we have cut hours so tough!" yet they are still charging the same.
The 'you must take ze trolley or you vill be shot B n Q experience....
