£5 off £40 spend at LIDL voucher - FREE with Metro Newspaper or 65p with Daily Mail - Friday

Found 25th Aug 2016
There's a £5 off a £40 spend at Lidl voucher in Friday's Metro newspaper (free) and Friday's Daily Mail (65p)

UPDATE: The voucher is also in the Metro and Daily Mail on Friday 2nd September

FOR THE eMETRO VOUCHER SEE #20 - Thanks jai47

Your local Lidl store may accept this - although you'll probably have to be in a Free Metro Newspaper distribution area

There should be vouchers in future editions of both publications during the coming week

I'll update this deal title with the info

Only TWO alcoholic products can be purchased in conjunction with this voucher

Just in time for the Bank Holiday LIDL shop!

Valid from 26th August 'till 4th September

I've posted both voucher sources for anyone without access to the free Metro paper, or if your local Lidl won't accept a printed copy

Lovely, thanks op

****, went and bought the hammer drill yesterday for £39.99

Nice to see this in the metro as I don't think I could bring myself to buy the daily mail oO

Been waiting for vouchers as got kids clothes in lidl Monday and granddaughter got her eyes on them??

Annoying that you cant buy more than 2 alcoholic drinks with it though, means 1 can only get 2 bottles of Mythos!

Cheers OP - nice one

2 products not items i.e 4 Mythos is OK

Bought 2 copies of the DM. Wasn't sure if the teller realised that it would be for vouchers or whether she thought I was just extra racist

Won't you need originals only?

"Copied, damaged, or defaced vouchers will not be accepted, only original vouchers are valid"
Depends what Lidl classes as an "original voucher" if it is available on electronic form media.
It is strange as I hand my mobile over to scan the "original voucher" more stores don't like it, but print out a "Copied" paper version and never have had a problem.

Yes, although I've had to argue with them before over this, so stick to your guns if you get lip. Just used 2 vouchers, although could have used 3 if I hadn't one in the car!
Heat added.

Some Lidl stores accept it - some don't

You'll just have to try - or purchase a Daily Mail for 65p

The print from # 20 should be as clear as the original voucher - Try using "landscape" mode (Usually under "Orientation" or similar on your printer's menu) - or the essential barcode will be missing

It's all about the barcode - If it scans first time they will probably accept it - from whatever source

If not use a friend's printer or your local library

If your local Lidl accepts a printed voucher then this will be acceptable
