Not as good as an iPad?

I cancelled my £450 pre-order after reading the feedback on various forums. Good price atm but worth researching before parting with that much cash. heat forcheapest deal now.

Android is gash, especially the 'gingerbread' variety, what a huge fail for what was supposed to be an iPad beater.

That will be the webos tablet that is released in the summer in the states, and who knows when here. We have only just got the pre 2!

This round is between the iPad and a myriad of android devices, many of which are pretty ropey. The Xoom in particular seems to be a rushed, half finished job.

I think the Android tablets offer a lot more freedom and opportunity to customise rather than made do with what you're given, but agree they're work in progress - which you generally pay less for, i.e. Adam, Vega, etc.
As for the Apple's highly developed latest offering, with stories coming in of LCD screen bleeds and connection drop-offs, I'm waiting for Steve Jobs to then say the iPad2 has got to be held a certain way for it to work

I love how, in the video, he selects an app to bring up voice recognition, says google, waits 5 seconds and then google loads up. Why not just press the google tab?
