Judging by the shadows the main source of light seems to be coming from the left, you can't see the source of that lightl

The shadows in the picture would indicate that the light is coming from another source other than the solar lights.

I've yet to find a solar light that lasts long enough to actually light …I've yet to find a solar light that lasts long enough to actually light where you need it.Sorry op, not gonna vote either way as its my own opinion.

Well spotted That light is emanating from a Ring Floodlight Cam and a further 100 LED solar light both attached to the house. I have a total of 21 light sources on my 3 gardens (corner plot) and I'm actually only paying to power 3 of them. Solar is undoubtedly the future imo.

PS if the weather is more friendly tomorrow night I'll disable the Ring cam and take the pic again. Genuinely interested in what the lighting of the garden will look like myself.

another product heavily weighed in the positive direction from users that clearly belong to review groups, no doubt sold on ebay straight after receipt, just a quick search on ebay suggests so. Would rather believe the low ratings myself

Bargain! I paid about £18 during summer and a couple of these lit my garden up when I go outside or my dog does.

If the (looks like single) light source to the left is LED that's quite impressive, looks like equivalent light output of a 500W to 1KW halogen tube.

Only 4 negative ratings out of 122. Plenty of scope for people to rate negatively if they wanted to, but they haven't. Ordered, at this price, worth a try. HEAT!
Cheapest I get it is £15.01 without signing up to prime.
How do you get it for £13.02

I cannot comment directly on these LED lights since I have never bought them. My general comments are that the LED lights I have bought have all eventually suffered from water ingress between the solar panel and case. The glass solar panels and plastic cases have different expansion characteristics with temperature which can cause any seal to eventually fail. This problem has been slowed down by putting clear plastic tape over the solar panel and case. Lastly I take any review ratings on Amazon with a bit of scepticism now as I have had many vendors contacting me direct and offering me a free product from Amazon for a 'good' review. I am expected to pay for the item and then the vendor sends me the money after the review. I am not saying the reviews for this LED light are not genuine just that it's getting harder to tell.
Have not bought these particular lights so can not comment on the quality. However the solar pir lights we purchased from aldi 4~5 years ago are still going strong
Showing full price for me!

If you use decent outdoor-specific UV-resistant tape to seal up the gap between the panel and the case (like we have), you can get at least a good couple of years out out of the lights. Regular tape just flakes off after being exposed to water for too long.
I have purchased these two products in the past (Oct 2016/ Nov 2017) and both are still going strong. The solar panel on the bigger lights has started to haze, On the others I have left the plastic film on and they are fine.
