When prices show up as real currency they look less appealing.
For example the Forza Season Pass. More than the game can be had for lol.

Good deals here, some really nice games all 360 owners should try like Perfect Dark, Castlevania and Beyond Good & Evil!

Wow, Perfect Dark for £3.49? If you don't own this, do yourself a favour and treat yourself to it. It'll be the best £3.49 you've ever spent.

Some good XBLA and DLC prices there, but, as usual, full game discounts are laughably horrendous. Or have I just been completely spoiled by Steam deals?

heat added for the xbla deals, but the games on demand are ridiculous! you could buy any of those games secondhand for a fraction of the price

You have to actually buy the game and choose what card you would want to use but then after that it will say you have 1250MSP in your account would you like the pay with these, then just hit yes

Even in the sale everything seems stupidly expensive in real money.
  16. deleted820473's avatar
What a complete joke, so they lowered everything to just above RRP nice one Microsoft overpriced rubbish cant wait for the PS4
  17. thedvdmonster's avatar
Whoever does the pricing structure at MS really needs to find a new job.
£26 for blops and daring to say that's the sale price is just beyond stupid.
  18. OFI's avatar
Those Games on Demand prices are hilarious. Are people really buying those?
I can see several of those (old) games that I bought release week for the same price and actually have a physical copy to show for it.
Hardly doing the same as Steam here..

A heads up for everybody purchasing from XBL, if you're going to spend over £30, buy points from CDKeys.com

4200 points is £29.99 on CDKeys which when redeemed works out at around £36.96.

Nearly £7 for free isn't bad for those wanting to buy a few games!

Major Nelson mentioned a sale named "Back to School Sale", if this is the one, it is going to last until 9-Sep.
    I'm not sure though.
About gifting, i have no idea.

Me too, I wanted to do one last play through before the one arrives, but I am waiting for the last dlc to go on offer. I refuse to pay full whack these days for any dlc and most games.

I rarely pay full price for digital content but I got the other two at half price, I get my point cheap anyway so I might just buy it as I wann play through ME series one more time before the next gen consoles come out
