Comment of the month Brilliant.
Any requirement like to be getting married or could you just set up a list with say 250 of Amazon gift cards on it, purchase them (using Nationwide cards x 2) and end up with 300 quid of Amazon credit for 200 of expenditure?!

Just what I was thinking
Looks like it can be anything for sale, not sure about gift cards.

"Anything available for sale on Amazon.co.uk can be added to your wedding gift list, including small appliances, cutlery, cookware, books, DVDs, electronics and even sporting equipment."
Do they sell brides?
I just received a Wedding list with a GTX 970 on.
So..... I add an Xbox to a wedding list, buy it from a friend's account and I get a free £50 voucher.....?

Seems too easy but I can't see any T&Cs that tell me I can't...

I just signed up to marry myself. I just need a good deal for a dress now and a new suit.
Would it work having a 'wedding' on Christmas day?

I suspect given the amount of time I spend on here the odds of my marrying anyone apart from someone form thaibrides.com is minimal - which the DW would (probably / possibly) see as a good thing.

Anyone after any of my six spare white candy cane flamedeers?
Can we make this all up just for the sake of £50 profit lol
I need a new mobile so I can easily spend £250

So where will you pop your manly part???
I'm very surprised at the speed that my friend spent £250 on buying gifts from my list. I've not even sent them an invite yet.

Shocked they went for the £260 graphics card instead of the cheaper iron or mop I added.

Can't wait till the big day!

We wore that out years ago before I popped the question.
Just need two accounts to make this work. 20% to 40% off spending. not too shabby.
When do you get the voucher?

You will be eligible for this offer after you have created your Wedding List on Amazon.co.uk and your guests have spent £250 or more on gifts on your Wedding List. Within 35 days of meeting these conditions you will receive an email confirming that the promotional credit has been added to your account. Promotional credit added to your Amazon.co.uk account by Amazon expires on 31 December 2020 unless otherwise specified by Amazon.

Bear in mind that the £250 spent by "guests" must be within 3 months AFTER the wedding date.
Having checked the registration process, I think that this, if abused, would technically be defrauding Amazon because the registration requires you state that you are getting married on a set date in a set location to a named individual. If this would not be true, it is both immoral and potentially illegal. Of course, if you are getting married, then it is an excellent way to get £50.

As I am already married, as much as I would like £50 free (am about to spend just short of £400 on Amazon) It would be dishonest for me.

Morrisons don't list amazon on the fuel saver gift card list
Amazon avoid tax legally. It's wrong, but it's legal. Inventing a non-existent marriage for the purposes of financial gain, however, is fraud, pure and simple. I'm out.
This is deal is one of the reasons I come to this site.Well done magicjay1986 , Chanchi32. Deeky, King someone and all the rest of the usuals. Keep it up.
It's a good deal. Was bored and started browsing through some peoples requests. Some guy called John Smith wanted Resident Evil 4 on the Wii. Which is an obvious wedding present.....
