Heated Chanchi

Yay, caffeine to help me get through the day with my seasonal insomnia. Heat

I'll drink to that cheers and heat added X)

Don't do it, until they start paying their fair share of tax in this country!

Should combine with 4 bakery items for £5 and free tall drink with £10 gift card

To redeem this offer, you will need to make a purchase at Starbucks, including taxes and after any discounts. Max reward up to £7.50. Offer valid in-store for one purchase. Offer valid at participating Starbucks locations only. Stores that are not able to accept Starbucks Card will also not be able to offer this discount. You can use the Starbucks store locator to see which stores accept Starbucks Card: starbucks.co.uk/sto…tor

That to me reads "make a purchase instore" but then says Starbucks card twice. I'd imagine gift cards are OK by the sounds of it.

It was on my old one that I shredded yesterday after my replacement turned up.... Nothin on my new card or my wifes card... Aaargh!

Sorry but how can anyone spend £15 in a coffee shop?!

I can get two huge delicious mixed chicken/lamb kebabs, with salad and chilli/garlic sauce, on naan bread in my local Indian restaurant for £2 less than that!

Gift cards? 6 - 7 Cups of coffee? 2 Coffees and 2 pastries would come to over £10.

What I really want to know is....... How can anyone spend £100 in Aldi

Seems to work on both my Nationwide cards. That's 2 x £15 gift vouchers today for £15

Can dome one explain how this works?

I am registered for Nationwide Rewards. If I'm eligible...what next??

Seriously awful coffee even at 50% off. If you're spending £15 in Starbucks, you need to have words with yourself.

The starbucks on tottenham court road (London) offers a free drink if you top up a Starbucks card this week. I just loaded £15 the card with my nationwide debit card and get a free large frappuccino mocha. A happy Friday morning:)

Or you can buy few coffes and get 50% cashback, don't need to spend 15 quid

Do you get instant 50% back or is it pay full price then get the rest back in time to your account , also can I combine this offer with the other offer of buy a £10 card and get a free tall drink ?

Could do with a coffee to help with the hangover

Don't do it, until they start paying their fair share of tax in this … Don't do it, until they start paying their fair share of tax in this country!

How much do they owe exactly?

But they are paying their fair share... If you could legally pay less taxes, wouldn't you?

Duke of Westminster v Commissioners of Inland Revenue 19 TC 490:

‘Every man is entitled if he can to order his affairs so that the tax attaching under the appropriate Acts is less than it otherwise would be. If he succeeds in ordering them so as to secure this result, then, however unappreciative the Commissioners of Inland Revenue or his fellow tax-payers may be of his ingenuity, he cannot be compelled to pay an increased tax.’

Does it definitely work on gift cards?

I'm not sure this will work with topping up through the app on a Nationwide card. The T&C clearly state:

Offer valid in-store for one purchase. Offer valid at participating Starbucks locations only.

Some wit has realised that if you obliterate all the letters except for 'Buck' and the 'OFF' in Coffee you don't need to do much more to produce a rude direction which I won't post here.
The altered sign does raised a smile though, especially when you've not seen it before.

Can this be used with the topcashback offer?

Topcashback is mastercard only.

You need to have one starbucks purchase on your nationwide bank statement, then nationwide will put 50% of that back in your account.
So one purchase with nationwide card, can buy anything, cant use credit to pay

Who spends £15 @ Starbucks !
