Are you a Lloyds current account customer? If so, read on.
If you’re not, read this anyway and think about whether switching to Lloyds would be worthwhile.

Free cash
Lloyds has launched a new incentive as part of its Everyday Offers cashback scheme for current account customers.
With the latest incentive, customers will receive offers allowing them to benefit from a
one-off cashback amount, paid straight into their bank account, when they take out a direct debit subscription with participating retailers.
One of the first companies to sign up is mobile network EE. Another is the Financial Times.
Customers who receive the EE offer and sign up for a mobile phone contract need to activate the offer via online banking or their mobile banking app, pay as they normally would by direct debit, and once the second payment has left their account, they’ll receive £50 cashback straight into their bank account.
Customers using the Financial Times offer will receive £30 cashback following the second direct debit for their subscription.
Similar offers with other retailers are expected to follow in the months ahead.
Halifax and Bank of Scotland customers can also benefit from the new cashback deals (through Cashback Extras).

Everyday Offers
Everyday Offers (Lloyds Bank and Bank of Scotland) and Cashback Extras (Halifax) allow customers to earn up to 15% cashback on card spending using offers at the type of places they regularly shop such as Morrisons, Ocado, New Look, Pets at Home, Costa, Just Eat, Prezzo and Hilton.
Offers are tailored and customers may receive deals for places they have shopped at before, or new places they might like to try.
To benefit from Everyday Offers or Cashback Extras, customers need to register via online banking.

Should you go for it?
On the face of it, this seems like a decent offer. However, if you’re taking out a new mobile contract, make sure you have a good look around at what’s on offer and get the right tariff.
If you’re with Lloyds Bank and are thinking of getting an EE mobile deal, this is a no brainer. Go for it.

Never had any problems with Lloyds and I've been with them for my entire life.

Thanks op for highlighting this....will look into their tariffs and see if I can combine it ordering through a cashback site.
Just checked and Quidco are offering £70 cash back for the next 4 days on their £21+ sim only tariffs which gives you a nice £120 yearly saving

Great find OP. Can this be combined with Quidco when purchasing from EE?
Wonder if this will work if you already are with Lloyds and EE.

This is also available in the cash back accounts for Halifax customers

Logged in to lloyds Internet banking but no offers from ee
just took a contract with EE a few weeks ago and i'm with Halifax...

This...... might just switch DDs over and see what happens
I have this offer in my Lloyds account & initially I thought might be worthwhile as looking for SIM only deal but when looking at EE's offering in this area they are hugely expensive compared to say Plusnet even allowing for the cashback.
Unless I have missed something fundamental this is not an attractive deal for a SIM only deal?

It is attractive if you were taking out an EE contract anyway, as you get this in addition to any other deal.

Unfortunately it isn't on my Lloyds but is on my Halifax.

Granted but why would you take an EE SIM only deal if others were far less?
Btw I am only talking SIM only as have no idea if other EE deals are more competitive.
Thinking about switching providers, will look into this
What's network coverage like with EE? I get rubbish signal with Virgin

Some of the current cashback deals on EE through e2save and mobiles are reasonable but it depends on what you are happy with.

If you are on EE already there would be no harm switching your DD to this account and see what happens.
I can only see Harveys and Lloyds own cashback offer. Does that I'm not eligible for the EE offer?

Reading the offer in my 'Everyday Offers' it seems to intimate it has to be a new contract? Not sure you'd be able to switch your DD to get this......I could be wrong of course!

"Receive £50 Cashback when you take out any EE pay monthly deal and pay by monthly Direct Debit. Offer expires 16/10/2017 which means you have until this date to take out any pay monthly deal. Cashback will only be paid after your 2nd Direct Debit payment is collected, and the 2nd direct debit payment must be completed by 11/12/2017. Offer valid one time only. Get the most from your phone with the biggest 4G coverage, super smooth service and the best customer deals. Available at ee.co.uk. EE terms & conditions apply, subject to credit check."

Surveys and reports of IT glitches suggest many are less fortunate than you. Or are you just a very precocious 3-year old?
