Having looked at this, the prices are ridiculous. Its £240 to replace the front screen only on an S9. Think you can buy a refurbished at this level.

That's true but it's a good deal for NHS workers, £120 and you get a battery replacement included, I'd rather that than buy some ropey device off ebay with a worn battery

Cannot find any info on it . Worried I did it and they turn around saying 'don't know anything about this' then get stuck with an absolute massive repair bill

This is a guaranteed deal, I work in partnership with both Samsung and Wefix. You pay up front and on production of your NHS ID they refund 50% Please don't ask about timescale etc. as that I can't answer. Plus point to paying this money on a phone within warranty, is getting it fixed by Wefix ensures the warranty continues.
I had some reservations about the discount but I got a call from them, they got me to send them a picture of my ID badge via email then took a payment over the phone with the discount already applied.

I would give them a call instead of checkout with full amount.

Had a similar problem 2 years ago, with Samsung's current repair partner of the time. Sent it into them to be repaired under Samsung's warranty, they replaced the mother board battery frame, glass front, there was nothing wrong with the front of the phone, they must have broken it, when trying to get I to the phone. They then sent it back to me saying it was repaired. It was not, it had only been sent in because it was no longer getting a cell signal. so it went in yet again, this time they did manage to repair the radio receiver but not before they replaced the back of the phone as well. Point being is Samsung will not replace the phone with a new one they will replace every part of the phone over giving a new one.
their prices are stupid, so you might as well just get insurance and get replacemnt phone
I've done this, the deal is real. Produced ID to engineer who sends a picture to office. I got a 50% refund in my bank after a few days.
I've booked my repair. Bit nervous though, I can't find any info on this other than this page...
