Only the white punnet at this price. Not bad for Spanish Thompson seedless, 1st class. Picture is from sainsburys but it's similar to the pack in Lidl.

I ment crunchy bite lol

Last time I had grapes from Lidl they were horrible.

They looked fine and they were 'crispy' (as someone put it), but there was absolutely no flavour in there. Very watery.

Got these for 64p from Lidl last week..

COLD! The Lidl ones are crap - don't look lush green, ain't big and tastes as if they have been undergrown. To make things worse, they come miles away from India or Mauritius!

I've given up buying pre-packed grapes after two packs of red from M&S last week that were bitter with skins like leather so I ain't buying any more grapes unless they are loose and i can try one first. No Lidl near me so can't comment on theirs but I doubt they could be worse than those last lot from Marks. Whinge whinge....bar stewards

Why do grapes seem to go mouldy so quickly these days? Not just Lidl but also Waitrose. Even in the fridge they seem to go off so much more quickly than they used to - or is that my imagination?

Depends where you get them from and how long they have had them for...

How long do you keep them in the fridge? By 3 days you should finish em off!

Waitrose, normally. And sometimes a week. That's my point, though - not so long ago you could keep them quite happily for a week, and now you can't.
