So that will be 50p then - another 4500 points and you'll be able to get a £5 voucher -they are really pushing the boat out - NOT .

Can't see it advertised on their website?

Don't worry about it, 500 points is only 50 pence, shop at Aldi save much more...
nothing for existing customers who already have the app.

500 points would have finally got me to 5,000 after 5 years
It really is one of the worst loyalty schemes out there, unfortunately someone decided to sign up to it in my house . Might as well do it then...

I cancelled my vouchers from printing all year. Thought I'd have a nice little kitty for Christmas.

I have 300 points shy of £20. What an embarrassment.

I've not done anything with Morrisons since signing up and last year and the day after I got loaded with junk mail. May try the app.
The app has quite a few poor reviews

Well would rather pay less upfront for the things i buy than get a few extra pennies in loyalty points!!!

Morrisons has most items cheaper than Sainsburys or Waitrose, even baby nappies. So, even though you get less points, it still makes up a good amount at the end of the year. You also get loads of offers every month, and if you use them like the very often £4 off £40 spend, you get loads of more points to enjoy.

Obviously wouldn't want to compare Morrisons with likes of Aldi or Lidl, so nothing to say there.

Why not try them?
I have to agree that this is one of the worst loyalty cards ,used to be ok with the fuel until they halved the points you got on it ,now even when you get to the magical 5000 point you have to wait till your next shop and spend more for the machine to print your voucher.the prices keep going up and up in morrisons .We live 500 yards away but now find even their reduced prices and offers are more expensive there than aldis lidl and now even tescos

I did this when it first came out and had nearly £60 by Christmas. This year, I'm at £15...
Downloaded, logged in, no points nothing…

I thought this was £5, that really sucks then
All we have here is a morrisons so the points might not be worth much but it’s still better than nothing.
When this launched as Match & More received £100 in vouchers after the first year then £50 the second year as of now almost £20 Morrisons didn't realise how popular it would be then panicked and did away with Match...... Its not worth it saving anymore people will always shop around for groceries nice try Morrisons

The launch date for this has been pushed back. Not sure why this store incorrectly placed this marketing.
People moaning it’s not much and saying Aldi is cheaper, we actually shopped at Aldi for last few years now we shop at Morrison’s again as the difference is negligible. And people saying they get like £20 vouchers a year or whatever, what are you buying every week? A loaf of bread and tin of beans, we’ve got about £70 in vouchers this year and our weekly shop is about 65/70 a week for family of 5 lol
I joined this about 7 years ago when it first started. I now have around £80 of points as not touched any of them, all going to be spent on Christmas treats and alcohol.
First year I got £160. Got an email from Morrison’s saying due to customer feedback they will be changing the points system. Since then lucky to get £50 a year. As if customers said we want less points.
Not saying you guys are wrong to complain, but what do other supermarkets offer? I'm only a member of Morrisons loyalty scheme as it's my local, and I know it's 0.5% (same as Coles/Woolies in aus).

Yay I'm not the only one who thinks aldi is expensive. If you go for budget brands in other supermarkets it's usually cheaper than aldi.
I liked aldi in the mid 90's when it was cheap and the stores were deserted.
Has anyone on earth received 500pts for this?

Tesco give you 1 pt for every £ spent.

1 point is either 1p to spend at Tesco (so 1% back), or 3p to spend on 'Rewards' (Hotels.com, Uber etc) - potentially 6x more than Morrisons.

I don't mind match and more, I've managed to save just short of £85 this year for Xmas, they sent me a lot of vouchers to get extra points and emails that you activate to get extra.
Voted cold. No extra points at all… not surprised so many times even extra more points are not added after my shopping. More card is a joke 😄
Even though I voted hot, I was initially disappointed with the app.
Looked at it just now(I was going to remove it from my phone) and the 500points have been added plus there are 4 offers for extra points on there as well.
It's worth rechecking the app people
Points added no problems

Yep and no points were added. I am not surprised. Usually I am not getting the extra more points either…
Sent them an email to check it out
Got my points! Also got 3,000 wys £30 on the app or 4,000 wys £40 via email, but gift cards seem to be excluded - has anyone managed to get the points when buying a gift card anyway?
