Not sure how they manage it with the postage included, but cheapest I can find for HP paper.
A4, 500 sheets, 75gm2.

1.5% (4p) Quidco also available :-p

Not great quality, but it'd do - and free delivery ? That ticks a few boxes. X)

we tried this 75gram paper at work and caused no end of problems with the laser printers we use, which also happen to be HP. when the engineer turn up he said that he had seen loads of problems with this budget paper and really won't recommend using it.

Just been in PCW picking up a different deal; these were 5 for the price of 4. I'm in Warrington at the moment.

Not really suited to heavy office use as the thickness won't agree with dupex printing.

Buying 5 packs is the better deal.

75gsm, think I'll pass, don't need any tracing paper at the moment.

That's an awful lot of paper. I don't even get through 1 ream in a year.

Use it the following year then, it doesn't go out of date.

Or, just buy what I actually need in the immediate future.

My apologies, I shall rephrase.. "And for the rest of the population who don't live next door to a Sainsburys local or Staples?"

It's hilarious and sad how protective people get over deals they post. The chap simply stated they can be had cheaper in Sainsbury's which is true and has been the case for weeks if not months by now.

If you wan't to continue to be defensive as you have done, then please go right ahead.

No matter what deal is posted on here, within 3 or 4 replies someone always chimes in to try and muddy it. It's a cancer to the normal site operation.
I couldn't care less if reams of paper are 99p in a pound shop or £15 in Staples. This deal is intended for those who do not or can not get to the high street, a supermarket or superstore, but would still like to obtain paper without hefty delivery fees making it a false economy.

In this case the paper is a brand name, delivered to the front door and with change from three quid.

If you have a supermarket deal you think might be of use to others then by all means post a deal about it, but don't try and make silly comparisons for the sake of argument.

The budget stuff I get from Asda is 80gsm I think, in fact I'm not sure I have seen under 80gsm before. But £2.99 delivered is a good price for just general use, so voted hot!

You might be upset about someone hijacking your deal and 'muddying' this site, but I clicked on this because I need cheap printer paper.

That helpful post from SUPERCOOLWILLOW which you dubbed 'a cancer' means I found out Sainsburys sells it (cheaper & better quality) and I can pick it up tonight because I do live relatively close to a Sainsburys.

Sorry OP but you just come across as a bit of a wally.

pretty sure I saw HP paper at £2.50 in Saintsbury yesterday. not sure if its same though .

I got this deal last time paper is good enough for my laser printer,

I do 500 pages in 15 days so go through a lot,

I had issues with it picking up the paper from my 250 page drawer but after checking the web it told me to clean the pick up rollers and move the paper forward so it is lifted at the front and it picks up so much easier,

They even mentioned turning the rubber pick up wheels inside out and that made a big difference.

TOTALLY REAM!

I got some for £2.49 in Sainsburys!

OP missed a trick!

Anyone can make multiple accounts to try and look clever. See?

A word of warning.

This paper is wrapped in a flimsy (by flimsy I mean badly stuck together) outer wrapper which is likely to split open during delivery, like my order did, making most of the paper useless due to it being partially creased and/or 'dogeared' which would have jammed my printer.
5 reams might come in an outer cardboard box however!

PCW gave me a full refund (but that took some time and an email chasing it up) and didn't want the paper back!

A word of warning when buying products online... If the package looks damaged then don't sign for it.

This post is aimed at those who do not or can not visit a store. You can pick up reams of paper at the pound shop rather than Sainsburys if you want to go to a physical store and are concerned about cost...

Mine arrived today, no problems.
