How can you redeem your nectar points for use at play.com?

Pretty sure you can only collect points from Play.com, triple points offer at the mo. No option to spend them there as far as I can tell...?

Yes, pretty thick of me. Have changed information

I don't understand this offer. Is this for existing customers who pay quarterly now? Which tarrif is this offer for? It may be better to sign up for the EDF online only tarrif with topcashback of £60.

The link leads to an offer for existing customers ergo Topcashbback doesn't apply. The equivalent of £25 for those who want it but it aint compulsory.

Read the small print of this offer very carefully, we joined EDF two years ago on the promise of 10,000 Nerctar points. The points were only awarded if you stayed in credit throughtout the terms of the offer, they set the direct debit deliberately low so that you are never in credit and don't pay out the Nectar points. Be aware.

Thanks for the tip. Had read the small print but missed that clause. Find those sort sof shenanigans very annoying, will keep a hawk eye on Energie de France

what a pants company, can not wait to leave. If you run your gas and electricity though a price comparison websites you probably won't find edf in the top ten. They would be better off bringing their prices down inline with the other companies rather than giving away nectar points.
hot deal though, well hotter than your house if you have an edf bills.lol
