Can't beat a bit of in season rhubarb - love the stuff. I can't see why you would want straight rhubarb as it all gets chopped up anyway.
Morrisons buy the whole of the crop from the growers and any that's not perfect / straight goes in to their wonky range of fruit and vegetables.

Best stewed or in a crumble or pie with loads of custard - lovely lovely stuff!

Tesco currently have 400g on offer for £1.37 - this is 500g and 37p less

Sainsburys 400g on offer for £1.50

Asda 400g for £1.50

Nonsense! Best cartoon ever

Isn't rhubarb supposed to be 'wonky' anyway?

how dare you!! Worst cartoon it was a classic.

Calling all veg wonky is why there is so much waste food in this country
heat , even though I don't even like rhubarb,as an impulse buy it is way better than the usual pizzas and sweets on this site
Heat love rhubarb esp In crumble. Made a rhu pie at the weekend. Soooo good .
What is wonky rhubarb? What a load of nonsense from Morrisons. Put a stop to it and sell fruit and veg how it is grown naturally.
This reminds me of the overgrown japanese knotweed that was invading my garden for many years. Whenever I see rhubarb it is not a pleasant feeling.
My mum says this is a good price- so heat from me!!

I'll only buy it when it's perfectly straight, completely red and exactly 50cm long. It tastes better like that.
never bought rhubarb in my life, if i want some i go out to the garden and pull some or go into the freezer and defrost some of last years, dead easy to grow, buy a crown, stick it in the ground and wait for it to grow

i think they mean it is not sorted, usually when you pick it you try to get all the stems at roughly the same thickness so they cook at roughly the same time

Exactly. I've had rhubarb growing for years in a single area. Can't even kill it off, just keeps growing. Easy to split it for planting elsewhere too.
