I don't understand how can £57.99 be better price then £56.98 ?

The Link doesn’t go to item and it’s less than £50 Ex VAT so not eligible for free postage.

Has the minimum spend for free delivery elegibility changed ?, and yes the link does take you to the item.

free delivery if you sign up on hexus forums or av forums and register your account info to your scan account.
Good price, voted hot.

i bought one of these drives a few weeks back, not from scan, for around the same price. It is now back in coventry after it failed, taking 350Gb+ of data with it the drive doesn't have an on/off switch, and the supplied USB lead is inconveniently short. it's also quite noisy when on. this is a fairly decent price for it, and it's quite possible mine was just a lemon - but i wouldn't buy another one.

Well I bought one from ebuyer when the £10 off google checkout was on, so that's a while ago. It has a Samsung 16MB cache SATA drive inside, is pratcically silent, and so far been reliable - so maybe you were unlucky.

I would recommend it.:-D

Note that the free Avforum delivery is usually next day. Free delivery at ebuyer takes arounf one week

this is hot, as long as you make the small effort required, as a lot of us already have, to register for free delivery

I agree it takes you to the item, and no I don't believe the eligibility has changed. My order earlier this week for just over £30 was delivered free.

Yes, it’s now £50 excluding VAT which equates to £58.75 with VAT – AVForums.

I see; it wasn’t clear as it takes you to the main page so it would be helpful if you’d mentioned that it was on the front page for those of us with ADD.

"Has the minimum spend for free delivery elegibility changed ?" I asked a question posted earlier on , as I was away for three days, and did not know that it has changed.

no the minimum is still £20 for a registered free carriage at hexus.

Understandably of course but it seemed unfriendly to start pointing fingers at people for allegedly posting wrong information without checking the facts or giving people the time to reply.
