This must be the worst plusnet deal I have seen. 500mb for £6? I can't see many people taking this up.
Sorry OP please don't take it personal when I say......This is a terrible deal.

I can.
It's a fair deal for those who have little interest in the internet but use the phone a lot such as the elderly.

Then I would suggest ID mobile at £5 most of the time and 2.25gb for the elderly. I wouldn't pay Plusnet £6 of anyone's money for this.

All depends on the network connection/signal

If three network works for people in the areas they live and travel than thats fine
You can get 1GB for £5 direct from EE (with unlimited minutes and texts) without much hassle.

you then get access to WiFiCalling, 4G Calling and band 20 access if you have a supported phone which you don't get with Plusnet yet.

This Plusnet deal is awful...

Take out a 30 day contract (or even get a PAYG sim, I know of at least 1 person who did this) and then call for a PAC, it's one of the first plans they offer to keep you.

The offers are normally £5 for unlimited texts/minutes and 1GB data or £8 for unlimited texts/minutes and 4GB data.
