Great deal, kerry gold butter 2 for £2 for anyone in to their "bullet proof coffee"
I was an ugly bar steward. I been using this daily for a couple of months now and can safely say, without fear of contraception, I'm still an ugly bar steward. Stick to using it for cooking!

Forgot to say - heat added as I have not seen virgin oil this cheap .

Can you tell me which dept/shelf your store displays it on please?

I either can't find it as I am looking in the wrong place or they never have any in our local store.

Ta.
Cheers OP heat added as this is a great price. I usually buy this from H&B for a hell of a lot more. I'll hopefully pick some up tomorrow... X)
Slap this on your face and you will remain a virgin (_;)

i personally cant comment as i havent used lucy bee. hope someone can answer for you
Other than sticking this stuff on your skin, and I doubt that has any value over any moisturising products, what else can you do with it, I bought a jar from Home Bargains a few months ago as I love anything coconut flavoured, but its not very coconut flavored so useless for food flavoring, I tried adding to an ice cream recipe, but its turns to a chewy uneatable wax, I tried adding to a curry, it just separates then floats on top like molten wax and again, so not tasting of coconut. I don't get why its suddenly available everywhere.

im using it for oil pulling my teeth.
supposed to be good for those who wish to ward off early dementia... or so I've been told
It has a higher smoke point than other commonly used oils (eg. olive oil), making it safer to use by avoiding oxidative effects that other oils would give. If I remember correctly, it's also better at cleaning teeth (via "oil pooling") than other oils, because of its compositions of fats making it more effective at remove a certain strain of bacteria better (some kind of strep. or something, which is the most abundant).
Also, I paid about £9~ for mine from Amazon, so this is a really good price.

That's a shame don't want to make a special trip to the southall branch if they don't have it.

yep me use it for my teeth every night before I go bo boze.....it stops the dreaded morning breath syndrome...

I got into it for dementia alzheimer's as it contains something which can cross the blood brain barrier....now what was I typing...
I paid the same price at my local Asian supermarket recently. An alternative option perhaps if you can't find a Home Bargains store near you or your local store doesn't stock it.
This stuff is excellent for your pet dog....I kid you not!! Search the benefits of giving it to your dog and it's amazing stuff and yes, it works too.
I always have some in stock, it is good for human excema, dandruff, dry skin, as a hair conditioner and has many other uses.
It was also on offer in Aldi, £2.99 for 300g recently

There is no evidence coconut oil can help with dementia and there is reason to believe it can increase your risk of dementia and Alzheimer's.

That's why I can never find it, I was looking near the cooking oils!
Doh!
Thank you
Anyone planning to use this for their teeth, remember to spit it into a bin not down the sink, as it will solidify.

most people I know fry with it. if you use it for a stir fry or egg fried rice it does give a hint of coconut in the flavour.

Great for eczema, also amazing price Holland and Barratt sell 500g for £12.99. Hot deal
If people want to use this for cooking, but don't want the coconut taste, Biona do a Cuisine version (available at Amazon etc..) which has the smell and coconut taste removed.

Thanks for replying.. I keep seeing posts on the net and people raving about it, but I didn't know whether it was a gimmick or not.

hilarious, stealing this
I put some in my dogs food. He lives it. I also use it on his fur, makes it shiny and reduces the tats in his ears.
Got this myself last weekend from the Southall branch much better taste and smell compared to the cheaper KTC brand! Good price too!
Was in the cooking section, I also got some chia seeds which were also a good buy at £1.79! Normally £5+
