Hand sanitiser from the POST OFFICE. Considering how difficult it is to get hold of it's not the worse deal, providing you know other people that need it, so you can share it round.

I heared has to be 80% concentration

Ah, nothing better than “hearing” things during the pandemic.
Perhaps the post office could supply the poor posties with stuff like this!

Works out at £2 per 50 ml bottle, 4 x more expensive than the old days but considering the times, it's better that the mark ups on Ebay. Oh and according to another site, after doing a Google search I found that its 60% alcohol content, don't know if that's good or bad.

That’s standard percentages. 🏻

The aloe vera hand gel is back in stock at superdrugs
I looked online, lots of sites stating 60% plus to kill a virus. So it seems this is good for that purpose.
This price ridiculous you dont even know if its 70/80 alcohol
Why not buy a 5L bottle of Hibiscrub to wash your hands with £58.99.
The once a week I go out to get food I wear Blue gloves so no need for Antibacterial Sanitiser Hand Gel.
Get home and wash hands straight away
Everyone you do realise the virus can go on clothing...

And the point is to decrease risks, this adds to decreasing.
Please guys buy 4711 Eau Du Cologne from amazon (still in stock), makes a fantastic hand sanitiser as 85% Alcohol by volume, u will end up smelling awesome too

If it's alcohol gel it has to be 60% minimum to be effective
I remember during the last flu outbreak the residents of HMP were supposedly drinking this stuff to get a hit.

Over 60% proof is required to kill bugs but still prisoner safe.

Suppose that sort of makes sense lol ... If you add to decreasing are you increasing the decreasing or decreasing the decreasing? lmao

You could touch the contaminated cloth and then touch your face, don't have to put clothes in mouth to catch to infection

Oh jeez. Tell me something I don’t know.
So that kinda goes back to the point of hand sanitiser if no soap and water available. and do what you can to decrease risks where possible.

Yes, and that gloves just give a false sense of security. Virus will stay on gloves much longer than hands, and if you pick up virus with them on, you'll transfer it for a whole lot longer, possibly days to come. Greater likelihood, that feeling of being protected may make you less wary of touching your face/eyes.

Ah well our postie is breaking their laws then and we aided and abetted him by giving him a another bottle of our hand gel because he had none. Awaiting a knock at the door any moment!!

Lucky you then, think about others who may not live close to an Aldi, or any outlet that has stock, they may be very glad to see these "tiresome deals"!

How do you clean the hand sanitizer bottle?

Water alone works fine too.

The tiresome comment is people jumping on the virus bandwagon and posting for posting's sake. £2 per bottle and having to buy 24 bottles is a poor deal when there are alternatives available.

Also a lot of similar deals are added with caveats of "subject to availability in your local store"..
