I have posted this deal in vouchers but think it is a good deal. Starbucks (if you ask them) are handing out voucher booklets with 50p off per day between now and 29th ! Thought it was a good deal

Hot deal, if I drink 2 cups a day for a week I would save £7 :w00t:
Do you have to ask them behind the counter or are they sitting out... going there on Friday... thanks x
you will probably have to ask - they seemed quite protective of them
i must visit them too much - i got the booklet delivered to my home inside a lovely patterned wallet

thanks .. will ask first then order...

heat added looks like it is cooling ...
so now only £5 per cup??
I got the vouchers in the mail, I think they must have sent them to all starbucks card holders (and I barely used mine)

Yeah, Starbucks may be evil incarnate for some but in all fairness they finally brought half decent coffee to the main street and we're not being as ripped off by expensive grounds washing water they called espresso at some smaller "independent outlets"..

As for "fair trade" everything I've had so far is horrible quality overroasted coffee so until they get their acts together and deliver on quality I can live with unfairer coffee. I buy mine green from Hasbean here Steve really takes the time to learn about the coffee origins and frequently visits the plantations which to me sounds better than most Fairtrade operations...
best coffee around, far better than most of the competition
it's become a fashion to slate Starbucks but there's a hell of a lot worse in the "big evil companies" category out there.
I have a buckies card and haven't got no voucher booklet :-(

jmarcelino, wouldn't mind a link to your bean source. And how do you roast them? I want to give roasting my own beans a shot!
Ah...www.hasbean.co.uk!
