Speak to IDMobile through live chat. And act oblivious. Give mobile number they gave you. Will be in an email they sent to you. Get certified and say look I missed my delivery and I really need my phone etc etc. do not talk about wrong price or whatever or even a recall. Anyway I persisted did it on Sunday and again Monday morning. And they resent me the phone. And Gues what guys. Lol I got it!!

Hope this will make them honour the contract as we didn’t cancel post dispatch. Neither was it cancelled without communication on any grounds.
In financial industry and in court of law, its misleading.
Everyone will get an order confirmation email plus another 2 or 3 positive emails including mentioning dispatch before the manual check takes place.
So please do not get overexcited until you get your email from DPD.
