Resubmitted with correct cashback...

I've just switched to BT and their switching and broadband services have been very good.

With a reward card of £125 and £120 Quidco, it makes great sense to switch.

BT Unlimited Infinity 1 (52mb, Unlimited, Line Rental & Weekend calls)

Setup cost (£59.99) + service cost (12x £29.49) = £413.87

Cashback (£120) + reward card (£125) = £245

Total effective cost = £168.87

Effective monthly cost = £14.07

Quidco have changed cashback to £100 instead of £120

They did me a decent deal at the end of my contract. On a par with what I could have got somewhere else, but Ininity 2 (which isn't much quicker than I already had, but was the cheaper option).
Just not as good as these deals with money back.

Does anyone stay with a provider outside a contract these days?
So monthly charge up, reward card down, but cashback up from the last deal. Works out about the same. Not bad at all!
But the Mastercard cashback might not be payable if going for the Quidco cashback.

Numerous reports of people getting both in the past - look at other BT infinity threads on here.
Hmm I might get it since virgin media contract is up and they haven't called me yet
Quidco so probably ok, avoid topcashback who still owe me and many others over 200 from a bt deal listed on hukd.

Yes, people are lazy.
Took a previous deal with these cowboys 3 weeks later we still await them to turn up. Text msg twice the day before to pospone from them promise after promise for a manager to call back for updates on what is happening they wont raise an official complaint until we have been connected. Deal with BT with caution. Read reviews about them before you buy i didnt. Good luck. And BT if you read this comnent give me a call.

Wasn't from around September / October last year was it ? TCB still owe me £215 , claim tracked successfully and then apparently merchant declined my cashback , no reason given !!
Tread carefully with BT cashback deals , its only cash back when you have got it in the bank. Tracking successfully means nothing

I will not be staying with BT after my 12 month contract is up for this reason alone , service has been great too so no other reason for me to leave. I will not be conned out of £215 by BT and then remain a customer , just not happening

My live day was Dec 22nd 2016. They never came.
Heat added and just ordered, negative remarks in here make me slightly anxious as I wouldn't like to pay more than 15 quid for 50mbps
Thanks for this...only recently realised Sky are charging me over £70 for broadband/phone/tv...and that's not with sports or movies!! oO

Want to switch on principle now...called Sky and the best they could do was worse that the monthly cost advertised by BT for the same service...only problem I'm now facing is that I've no aerial connection to feed my TV, and I'm thinking of dropping all extra TV services but keeping Netflix and Amazon Prime.

Yes! And once you stop all these live broadcasting services, you can save money on TV license too!
Not too sure whether both the reward card and cash back can be stacked. Check out the terms http://i64.tinypic.com/2l45dd.png
I ordered BT last week thought everything was fine. Cancelled my virgin then got a phone call from BT to say that unfortunately there is no room left at the cabinet and I could not get Infinity broadband and copper is all they could offer at a max of 8mb. The only thing they could advise was to get in touch with them every couple of months to check if cabinet capacity has been increased. They shouldn't be allowing orders when they have no room.
At the bottom of the quidco (BT) page. So should be stackable?

I think code is because Quidco is not guarantee. So if just the reward card alone, then paying £24 a month is certainly not the best deal. Moreover, BT customer service is pretty bad...
I did this back in January and claimed the prepaid card a week after everything went live and Quidco paid the cash back one month later. Service was appalling so cancelled the contract with any fees a month later. Now with virgin paying £15 and no need to depend on cash back being paid out.

Still have nightmares about NTL support and Virgin took over their infrastructure...Virgin could'nt be any worse than ntl.
Doesn't mentioned how to obtain the reward card after the order is placed. Any idea?
Do you mean weekend calls to get it down to that price £14.07 as it will be £3.50 for evening calls add on £17.57

How on earth is this deal cold lol! Cash back has been tracked on quidco perfectly fine, woop woop, installation date 13th woop woop.
I took out ( New Customer Infinity BT Broadband + Calls ) on the 21st of March 2017 with TopCashBack at the last moment of BTs deal and I completed the order though TCB with BT but I added on the £8.99 Unlimited Anytime Calls, but I am a bit confused, I don't know if it was compulsory for me to add on the Unlimited Anytime Calls, because I saw the + Calls bit on TCB I thought I had to add the Calls onto my package or was it ?? If this add on was not compulsory I don't know if I would lose the CashBack from TopCashBack if I ask BT to remove it, I have asked TCB but no reply yet, Has anybody else done this.

No love for BT on here it would seem...
I know they don't have the best track record but it's been quite painless for me so far

Maybe I should post a Very new customer code deal next
I recently bought the broadband, tv & call deal.
But having problems with the speed.
I purchased up to 52Mbps

I was told I would get 18-27Mbps (not very good), and in small print guaranteed 15Mbps (for fibre!!!)
Broadband has been installed about a month and I think I have been on the phone, email or live chat every other day stating I am getting between 12-14.5Mbps. They keep saying they have boosted it but no avail.

I am sick of it and just want to cancel, I am surely within my rights to cancel.
Any one else cancelled a contract due to speeds????

If you're not getting the minimum advertised speed, you're well within your rights to cancel.
Don't let them try this and try that, just cancel... and go spend your reward card
