Everything is hate these days, except starting an organisation designed to bully, threaten and intimidate others. Even those hippy vegans are getting all militant on farmers. I had to buy copies of the sun, express and mail just to balance things out this morning.
I got the 50 inch for £319 from amazon few weeks ago ! Crazy prices

Thanks for sharing @Shazy212 - only just recently bought a new telly, or I'd be tempted with this at that price

SC35 does not seem to update the basket price to £495. Great price if it works!

Hmm...it did for me when I tested it.

I'll give it another check!
Probably the best price now, but this TV was going for £400 on RGBDIRECT (which could have been price matched with John Lewis) a few weeks ago, and will probably be that price again soon.

Actually my mistake, I read description wrong! Great price for 55inch, and you JL price match with Hughes for 5 year warranty

They do it it’s freely available on the website, I used this code on the 55MU6400 when it was on offer this week and got JL to price match at £564 with the code no problem
Looking for something to show off the PS4 pro and xbone x, does anyone know if this is any good in that respect?
Got one of these as a 32 inch for bedroom and the picture is excellent. Even with a cheapie arial it gets almost all channels.

It'll look great for SDR gaming. For HDR you'd want to look elsewhere, as this model has no local dimming and fairly low peak brightness.

If you quote the discount code, they might.

I did it for another TV and they agreed to price match, so shouldn't be any issue here.
I got the 50" model of this TV from John Lewis for £324 with a 5 year guarantee. I have
just as a warning to anyone buying, Hughes use the worse delivery company in the world, they have no respect for your goods, makes sure you check your item really carefully on delivery as probably been thrown around in the van. I witnessed them unloading on more than one occasion and never seen such disregard for other peoples goods. Hughes aftercare though was quite good.

I bought the 55MU6400 for my games room, it’s just for PS4 and Xbone. Low input lag and reasonable HDR performance and as mentioned above, for £564 I couldn’t leave it there
Got one of these, it’s ok especially for this price but bear in mind the sound is absolutely horrendous. Near zero bass and no way of adjusting that but this is probably not unsurprising and commo
Wouldn’t bother buying anything off these, had 5 broken tvs off them! 2 months of swapping tvs!!!! Avoid!

Is £1k your top budget? Best LCD for that kind of money would be the Sony 55XE9005. Best HDR without going OLED etc. Currently around £1100, but should dip below £1k as it's a 2017 model - if they don't sell out first.
