Graphics card is better than the 920m I suppose
too much RAM and that gpu is neither here nor there, so in theory this could be cheaper
Intel Core i7-5500U processor - dual core 3GHz max Turbo Boost
15.6 inch HD LED-backlit (1366 x 768) display
Really not a good deal in my opinion. Definitely should be getting a quad core and a full HD screen at this price point.
Can run kodi no problem
dont need i7 to run kodi for sure

Any laptop you buy nowadays can run kodi.
If it struggles with Kodi then it will struggle with YouTube in a browser too
I can't post any links but I'm pretty sure you can get more spec for that money.

I was lucky enough to get the one from staples for £330 and the difference between mine and this is 4gb ram and the dedicated graphics card.

I would hold out and keep searching, good luck.
Bad value tbh. Spend 100 quid more and get a Dell Inspiron 7559 direct from Dell with an i7 6700hq (hyperthreading), a 960m 4gb gpu, 8 gig ram, 1tb hd and a full hd screen. You have to ask for the discount with a sales rep; I got mine for 699 delivered.
i7 cpu is one of the low performance ones designed to extend battery life, better to get a proper i7 quad core or decent i5.

No SSD, should now be standard on all £400+ laptops.
bad deal.

For the price, you should really get SSD and FHD.

There are frequently entry level gaming machine for £600-700 with FHD, SSD, better CPU ang GPU. Way better than this.

Not today. but every now and then. It comes around quite often. I see them very often here.

This is last week. i5 is 4 cores.

If do not want big and heavy gaming laptop, this Ultrabook is the best value Ultrabook for £600. The deal lasted two days, just sold out today. 4k screen version still available at £100 more.

Please noted that Ultrabook will be overall better quality than this Toshiba consumer laptop. Do not simply compare Ultrabook with normal consumer laptop based on specs and price.

This Toshiba at £600, nothing is up to the price except the RAM.

CPU, GPU, screen, HDD all should be better to be worth £600.

This laptop is also a consumer laptop, the build quality is not worth any extra too, not like a business laptop or Ultrabook.
