Sorry but cold. Virgin same deal here and is only £9 a month plus the full 5 GB rolls over. Use 3 and you'll have 7GB the next month

Rolling over is ok but probably encourages you to hammer the data more and then be short. If you don’t need it then it’s no big deal it rolling over, and if you do need it then go for more data in the first place?
Got £10 per month 6gb 4g, unlimited text unlimited minutes 30 day contract. On plusnet 2 months ago.

Hopefully it will come back and can get the missus on it

After O2 or Vodafone myself but the only deals I can find are the ones where you have to send cashback requests via carrier pigeon like 6 times a week for the 12 months...

I don't think you understand rollover however much you use you'll always have the base amount! If you have one month when you use less and one month more heavier which is normally is the case then rollover works well.

Even if nothing else the virgin deal is cheaper. Tjey also do 4GB with less mins for £8 a month.

Was with Virgin for years. Absolutely appalling company. Switched to a similar deal from Plusnet and never regretted it. It's been a revelation to deal with a network that puts customer services as a USP. I'd pay slightly more for Plusnet over Virgin purely because of that.

As someone who is hard of hearing it's a relief to deal with UK call centres, instead of trying to decipher someone who, although they've learned grammatically correct English from a book, uses cadence and pronunciation that is fiendishly difficult for someone like me.

Also you're not comparing like with like. Plusnet is a 30 day contract - Virgin is 2 years. This deal is hot.

It might be cheaper, but it ties you down for a 2-year sentence with the worst company for CS I've ever experienced out of the five I've been with. (Just look at the Virgin Community forums if you don't believe me).

Hotukdeal community thinks otherwise. Its stone cold. I don't care about 30 days if i have a good deal i don't want to port my number every 39 days thank you. You'll have to accept that i don't agree with you.

Also the virgin is 12 months not two years. The £4 a deal i had for my misses was 30 days butbat that orice she won't be leaving

If you have to deal with Virgin CS for anything other than a straightforward complaint, you'll bitterly regret being tied down to a contract, trust me. Read the Virgin Community forums if you don't believe me. Most infuriating company I've ever dealt with bar none.

And saying it's 12 months not 24 is admitting that you're not comparing like with like.

Of course a network will offer a better deal if they can grab you by the short and curlies for an extended period, rather than offering you the flexibility of a PlusNet-style monthly contract, where you can leave if they p*ss you about.
