Or you could use the code VC10OFF and go through voucher codes for an extra £40 Currys pc World voucher.

What about Huawei stealing user's data?

The security threat was a lie as US companies couldn't beat cheaper competition to build 5G networks so only way is to ban them with something you can't disprove

Ban didn't work as US government was short sighted protecting US tech companies as they also sell £11bn of parts/software to Huawei

Ban lifted and 'security threat' magically disappears!

I have stated that in the op, and if you use VC10OFF you can claim the vouchers.

I was looking out for a p20 Pro deal but I don't think I can say no to this. Thanks op.

They moved away from Wear OS for the watch which is a real shame. i have the previous version
Cracking deal @Mrswitch .. My new phone is due very soon...I will be watching these deals very closely
Nice sized phone, and actually prefer the flat screen on this than the Mate 20 Pro personally (but then I'm not a fan of curved screens due to dark edges...)
Might I know if it is Hybrid Dual SIM? Thank you!

All eyes on you
Brilliant deal, but the Mrs got the P20 Pro, 2 bloody weeks ago, without GT watch and £2 a month more

Heat added, Thanks again Switchy.
Not sure if I even want to try for a third time to get a phone from these sites, having 2 orders cancelled already.

Or possibility of less updates or support in view of US restrictions
Is there a reason why I can't see mobiles.co.uk under qualifying retailers?
nice deal if 5gb data is enough for you. Sadly I need 30-40gb....
You can get the pro for £500 A grade from cex or ebay at the moment if anyone wants sim free.

You will find them in between mobilephonesdirect.co.uk and O2 on the qualifying retailers page.
Phone is great, but for non Vodafone users I also would like to mention:
Trip to Turkey last year (non-EU country) Vodafone was the only operator offering use of your UK contract, leading to lots of jealousy around the pool.
Trip to Mexico via US this year - I was amazed to get a text in both countries telling me my UK minutes and data were available for use.

So if you travel, Vodafone is a good option.
Seems like a good deals to me, have some heat!

On a separate note, I'm looking at getting either the Mate 20 Lite or P30 Lite (I prefer the smaller phones) and was wondering if anyone has any feedback on either?

Cheers.
the link for the watch doesn't load for me for some reason.

Very tempted by this or the P30 pro. My contract ends with Vodafone for my S8 on August 7th I think it is. What other options have I got as I don't want large upfront or over 30 a month on contract. If there's a good price SIM only with a decent 12mth or rolling SIM I'd be all ears also.

Switchy help me out. Too many choices and I'm bad at decisions.

P30 pro, S10, S10+, Mi9 etc... :/

How much data do you need?
I've managed fine with 4Gb last 2 years. I can't use a mobile in work during the day and have wifi at home

No worries sir, its my pleasure to warn.

Data privacy might not be an issue for consumerists blinded by discounts.

A new phone is at least a 2 years commitment, and handing over my data to an untrustworthy company is a big deal-- l'll wait for Samsung Note 10 with 5G!

In that a case I'd get a very cheap 4gb data sim and couple it with a sim free phone. Though the deal in this op (if you want the p30) beats any sum free plus sim only deal.

They're usually single SIM, you use the other slot for the memory card. Be warned that this phone uses nano memory card, not micro sd...
Great deal considering phone on its own on amazon is £699. I shall give the sim to a relative and put my current unlimited sim into the phone, assuming the handset is unlocked?

Hasn't android pulled back software updates with this company??

Not having access too mobile sounds idyllic lol
Really like my P30, which I have had for a couple of months now, on Vodafone.
Battery life is mind blowing, coming from a Huawei P9 which was about 3 years old (so probably not much of a surprise!).
Feels and looks a quality phone.
For anyone concerned about future updates; since Trump put the trade ban in place I've had at least 2 updates (maybe 3?) the last of which was this morning. The next android update - android Q- has also been confirmed for the P30. So I'd take what's been said so far with a pinch of salt - like most of what Trump says.

Great deal considering you get the smart watch along with the phone - apparently also has amazing battery life (for a smart watch).
