5kg Matrix Anabolic Protein Powder £35 from supplement centre (+ £4 delivery)

An unbeatable price for an 80% pure protein powder. Does contain soy protein but there is a higher concentration of whey protein in there. Lots of flavors available and £4 for next day postage is not bad in my opinion. Enjoy guys

YES NOT A TYPO:p:)

Good price I usually pay £42.99 on eBay

I just bought the all in one protein from matrix and previously had the standard whey they are a fantastic company great stuff and not charging a fortune

I think the olympus may have more soya than whey in it. Plus adding the 5 quid delivery charge (olympus's delivery rate per item) you may aswell go for the 80% whey stuff (this stuff)

cheers I dunk x

It's a bit too sweet for me, to much sweeteners in there. Wish they did one with no additives.

Are people still paranoid about soy?

Great price though and seems like it has a good breakdown. A bit more details would be useful but I'm sure it's fine!

sick protein content.

Used to love the supplement centre when it was at Blackpool but you never got the feeling that the brand was any good, everyone seemed just a little shady!

The protein itself I found a bit grainy and you certainly don't get the feeling of quality you do from abrand like USN or even SCI-MX

But you pays ya money an takes ya choices, in the words of the Hodgetwins "Do whatever the FU*K you wanna do"

Is it safe to use this alongside massive amounts of steroids?

You mean the whole oestrogen/gynecomastia thing?

£7 a kilo is a very good price. Thanks

Fantastic protein, little bit gritty and over sweet but you soon get used to it.

Cheap Gains!

Hi would you recommend this over the %100
optimum-nutrition gold standard whey i cant decide between the two ?
Thanks

As previously stated, I found this protein very grainy! Also did not taste as nice as USN. This stuff become a chore to drink, just downed it...whereas others I look forward to a nice thick strawberry milkshake. But at the end of the day you get what you pay for!

My 10p: Tried a few samples of this and they were all amongst the worst tasting standard proteins* I've ever tried, and the texture was appallingly grainy. Also note the use of lower-quality pea- and soy-proteins in this to make it cheaper to produce, soy-protein having a questionable reputation. I found that it was considerably less effective than my normal MP protein, but a little better than Sci-MX Ultragen (which isn't saying much).

TL;DR: Spend a few quid more on a better protein, get better taste, texture and results. Try MyProtein, Bulk Powders or Protein Works.

*i.e. excluding 'bedtime' or diet blends. Which are universally frickin' nasty.

Taking price out of the equation - how does this compare to Maximuscle Cyclone?

As I said forget price, i am talking purely in terms of muscle and definition gain

full of pea and soya protein , doesn't even say %. that's why its cheap

Having used neither product before, I can safely say it will have 0% difference on how much muscle you put on, or the definition of the aforementioned muscle. Definition will be defined by genetics, body fat percentage, water retention etc. And muscle will be built based on your training programme, sufficient rest and a good diet (by good diet, I mean hitting daily macros - regardless of what supplements you use).

almost paid 42.99 for this yesterday great deal thanks
