Thanks, bro.

Anabolic Gold 5kg is £39.99 the link is to a different whey which seems to have more sugars than protein per serving. Link to the Gold is supplementcentre.com/buy…313

don't forget postage and packing charges.

I used matrix before. their protein had a slight gritty texture

still , good value

Cheap for a reason. If you want a whey protein then don't buy this

Ouch. I just saw that most of the carbs is sugar. 35.6g per serving. Damn. I'm going to have to skip this, but great post for anyone who doesn't mind the high sugar. Cheers

Hi, what's your recommendation for mass gainers? I eat a lot of natural foods, but wouldn't mind a shake or two in the day. Cheers (I currently use MyProtein whey for protein right now).

You need a calorie surplus with good complex carbs and protein. Simple carbs sugar etc will make fat. Stick to low sugar protein if yo fancy a shake or 2

Lol... Never seen that before!

33% net protein derived from Soya, no thanks

This is an awful gainer. It's not muscle you'll gain on this even if hitting hard. 55% carbs all of it sugar, 33% protein, 9% fat more than half saturated. Wow, this is really cheap and nasty makes the Mars one look healthy.

Just find 2KG real protein under 25 buy a 2KG bag of sugar and some oil with the rest and you will save money.

I already eat proper food. I eat 4 - 6 meals a day with clean meats and veg and some carbs every now and then, but like I have already said, I didn't ask what I should or shouldn't do, all I asked is what is a good mass gainer...

It is clear no one knows, yet they feel the need to reply with something of no use.

Fair enough was only trying to help. Good luck with the fat and diabetes from using mass gainers

Omg LOL I don't use any mass gainers, which is why I asked what one thought was a good mass gainer.

May I ask how much you know about doabetes andnfat and whether you have studied in the field of health and science? Just curious.

Pop over to the protein works they’ll be able to help, their stuff is high quality and frankly is the best I’ve ever tasted they do brownies, truffles even pancake syrup lol

I actually have a degree in sports science, that goes very in depth into nutrition so I know I quite a bit.

Sports science? All right.

Can you break down quickly what causes and leads to diabetes and the types of diabetes there are? Thanks, you are a great help. It really helps when someone has been tought about nutrition to a degree level, as that means they know it all.

I detect sarcasm.
Instead of me wasting my time, use google

Not sure if your question is sarcastic or your being serious about not knowing what causes diabetes which I hope isn’t true as I thought it was common knowledge
