great ornamental doorstop.

Looks like a nipple ring

Original Poster

id like to see someone hang this off their nipple

So how does a kettle bell work? Do I ring it or throw it at the wife / daughter when I want a cuppa.

Is that a usb port on the side?

No, it's HDMI.

no spout ?

this is probably the worst gym equipment you could find in a gym or use at home. Might be a good deal, but bad product

I ruined two kettles trying to attach this. There is no sound from it either.
I did wonder if it needed setting up but there is no USB or wireless radio.
Utterly useless, did find my arms got bigger p*ss*ng about with it though. Go figure?

Not true 1080p or a Sony, so I voted cold.

But it's 3D!

not sure if I'd like to carry these all the way home

What a waste of time these are trash. Cold.

Would do wonders for my Season 2 Geordie Shore audition.

Can this be used as a Door knocker for one's castle?

Good bit of kit, all be it on the light side. Great for stretches and warming up. Can hit so many muscles with loads of variations with just one piece of equipment.

Way too light sadly. Plenty in stock though!

Theres no use to it really, a dumbell would provide better workouts

That might be true in your opinion, but you really cant do swings and snatchs with a dumbell.

Good deal but too light for the fellow amongst us sadly

Ha to say a dumbell would be of more use is ludicrous, why not just use rocks instead of dumbbells

Or why not just **** your wife in the air.. It gets your heart racing, blood flowing and uses your back/arms,legs.. pretty much every muscle in your body..

Oh and one other thing.. You WILL enjoy your workout and WON'T get bored

Those saying a Kettlebell is useless clearly haven't lifted weights. Stop eating, stop talking trash and do some excercise!!

some heavier ones would be nice- a guy at work pays around 60 quid a piece for his

If I can bench 80 kilos. Will this feel too light?

it all depends on how you use it, if you target the right muscle groups with the right technique

Plus 1

I never used kettlebells until 4 months ago with my personal trainer. It is awesome workout on its own. Since then I bought myself a 7.5kg one from Tesco and getting 2 of these 5kg due to the awesome price. Heat added. I'll recommend this to my friends as good to keep in bedroom for quick workouts.

Yes its light, so it'll be ideal to get my wife into excersice as she wants to get fit too.

you couldn't be anymore wrong. if you know how to use this properly, you would definitely reap the benefits that you cannot get from normal weight-lifting alone.

with that being said 5kgs seems a bit too light unless you're using it for things such as windmills, or if you're a complete weakling

Totally different excercise: u push weights. Kettlebells you swing. I would recommend you buy 2 of these because its cheap. If you don't like them you can always flog them on Gumtree for more money as they're always in demand. check this link

Thanks OP just reserved 2 to collect tonight. These are light but perfect for some exercises so will come in handy and I can mix up my workout plan now

For 4.99 you cant really go wrong imo

Heat added, with these flying out of Argos, it might make some of the staff there a little fitter

More tat for gullible wannabe meatheads

Those saying kettlebells are useless obviously have no idea what they are talking about. How do you think all those Russian athletes got so strong (apart from massive doses of steroids)?

These are too light for most people but would be fantastic for someone just getting started.

much better than a dumbell for most workout. 5kg is light though - would be good for some straight arm raises but thats about it

Saying that this a useless piece of equipment is pretty laughable. Clearly not using it properly or too busy with your bicep session. When used correctly these are very effective for conditioning, perfect for swings, snatches, Turkish get up etc Fair enough 5kg isn't much, but would be a good start for anyone new to kettlebells.

I purchased one the other day from Tesco 7.5 for £10. So this is a good deal, thou I got to learn more about the exercise you can do with them.
