Good heads up on the product, its expensive though. Bottles/ cans etc cheaper per litre.

standard price no?

Great for the upcoming Glastonbury

3 quid a litre. Not good value.
Morrison's selling 20 can of Magenrs for £12.

£10 is a hot deal on this, £15 is meh.... especially when it's as flat as a pancake after one night...

That's what I've bought it for!

So many nuptys on the rekordelig deal, they must be rubbing there hands and someone head of products probs got a 50k bonus

cold, only buy kegs for speakers

But I can buy 27l of Asda Smart Price Apple juice for £15 and brew my own cider.

Just bear in mind this is Magners Reserve rather than normal magners. Slightly stronger at 5.5%.

£15 is the normal price for these so sorry, cold

This is a better cider than Magners normal brew - not the worst value in the world.

Drink it in one day, simple.

Agreed - 5L = about 8.5 pints. The tins or the bottles work out cheaper (they are easier to chill and don't go flat as quick)

If it is anything like the lager kegs unless it has been chilled overnight it'll fob really badly.

£15 is normal price, how on earth has it even got this warm? Do people just cruise around hitting 'hot' on everything???

These are pretty good for something like a bbq where there's 2-3 of you drinking the same stuff. But yeah, this isn't a deal, it's just "the price"

I'd rather pay a bit more and have the convenience of having it in a keg. It's going to be carried across the many fields of Glastonbury. Much easier than carting cans when you are carrying all of your camping gear. This is gonna be drank in one day. I agree that it's not cheaper than cans but it's more for the awareness that they are back in the shops as I struggled to get kegs last year.

why are kegs and for that matter wine boxes so overpriced?
you're bulk buying the product , saving them the packaging and transport costs, then pay double

so you've never heard of big cider bottles?

3 litre bottle of Blackthorn 5.5% 3£3.59 in Iceland. 4 bottles would make 12 litres and be cheaper than this!

For convenience the 3l squeezy packs are best. They seal well, don't let air in to spoil the taste.

£3 per litre - expensive.

kegs are cool. I'll have one.

lol X) at everyone doing the maths and working out how much per litre, per pint, per can, per mouthful! Everyone knows that, but your paying for the novelty with theses kegs !!

When they go on offer at £10 they are worth a pop
