Did it come with power supply?

The sticky on these is POOR (I've had to purchase another way to stick them up) and connecting to the App is tricky once up and running the look ace and respond great.

I'm looking for a spare WiFi Block and PSU to use the other 2 meters I have spare?

I Hope not. You really want to buy a real CE marked supply to be safe.

Won't they be smaller LEDs? doesn't the 3528 and 5050 refer to the LED size i.e 3.5mmx2.8mm and 5mmx5mm?

Yes, and I think they'll probably be single colour leds too in the 3528, a third of each colour, whereas the 5050 will have tri-colour leds, ie a red green and blue led combined in a single package.

So what sort of power supply should I buy?

Is my house going to burn to the ground if I use these?

Not worth it, because you will need to buy the power cable that can handle the high current costing at least an additional £10.
