Or go to Aldi, get same £40 worth of shopping for £30 then get your petrol effectively for free
Am I the only one that doesn't get it? Spend £40 to then save 60 liters of fuel x £0.05 = £3.00?
Cold from me. Just shop at Aldi anyway where your food shop is about 1/3 cheaper than Tesco/Asda/Morrisons

Yes, this is what I'm saying: cheap Rubbish.

So by the same argument all of tesco/morrisons/sainsbury own brand is rubbish also ,because they use the same producers for a big percentage of "own brand" items.

If it is really £10 cheaper there do you really think you’re getting the same quality. Even if you are then guess what no home delivery, very little staff numbers big queues. I really don’t get what the big thing about Aldi or Lidl is. It’s all mostly non branded items.

Im with you on this if you actually read the small print aldi compares branded against there unbranded. Im sure if you all looked harder at tesco/Morrisons/asda/ sainsburys then you will find there unbranded products for around the similar price. I personally cant get everything i want at aldi so would have to still go tesco, so my 2 trips to supermarkets would be better spent at 1 the 1 i can get everything at.my time is worth more than £10.. (if that is the true saving)

Exactly, these sort of deals are total BS. My car has a 40 litre tank, I'm not gonna shop at Morrisons for the sake of a £2 saving on a tank of fuel costing me nearly £50. 4% discount, thanks guys.

or get a Tesla and forget about petrol altogether!
Use better fuel, in the long run putting this stuff in your car won't do it good.
Need to get a Range Rover near empty to make the saving worthwhile.

Our two are within a mile of each other and they seem to price match.
Supermarket petrol combined with short journeys will clog up your catalytic converter. Only a matter of time until your engine management light comes on which is an MOT failure.
I switched away from supermarket fuel for the better

Completely agree. Supermarket fuel doesn't use the cleansing agent. Would rather pay a bit more and have a clean engine
