Spend £50 instore or online and get a 5p off per litre at sainsburys petrol station voucher.

Whats better is that they are pretty competitively priced in the first place so the extra 5p makes it even better! For example i can get Diesel with my voucher for 119.99p at the local sainsburys station. Unleaded is about 111.9 - 113.9 at stores round here so it would be 106.9 - 108.9 per litre.

I don't know how long its on for, but the voucher is valid for 8 days from the date issued.

wtf? With this it makes the petrol/diesel even cheaper anyway, especially if you shop in sainsburys in the first place.

I think it depends where you are. My morrisons is 111.9p & 123.9p so it is still cheaper at sainsbury's and seeing as we shop there too it makes sense. Granted, morrisons may have lower prices in other area's but not in some places!

If you do your shopping at Sainburys and spent over £50 then this is great, you'll save around £2 on your fill up on petrol.

If you do not shop there or do not usually spend that amount then this is pointless as by the time you've gone there and built your trolley items up to £50 (to save £2) you'll have gone over £50 and have items in your trolley that you didn't really need.

Mental.

No need for this to be honest. What have you contributed to these forums ?.I work in the petrol industry and there is currently quite a difference in prices depending on regions. For anyone wanting to buy Sainsbury's fuel (wouldn't myself) and is not in a price sensitive area then this is a helpful thread.

Cold.
Fair enough if you happen to be going there to shop anyway, but not worth a special trip just to save £2 when alot of other places do this price without the minimum spend.

Our sainsburys (grimsby) is 109.9 so this would make it 104.9

Tesco has said it will match any prices available from its rivals.

hot after 3 weeks, hmmm!

Has anyone noticed the odd penny surreptitiously sneaking back on the prices?

These are great offers provided you actually shop in these places anyway, but when u add it up and realise you only save something like £3 for a £60 tank it makes you realise you've been suckered a bit...

And remember when spending over £100 if u can be bothered with the hassle divide your shopping up into 2 trolleys worth £50+ each for double vouchers
