USB Micro B to USB-A, If you have a MacBook with only USB-C ports you'd need an adapter or dongle.

Anyone know if a 15% off "abandon cart" code works on this?

It does, making it £ 57.79.

I used 15% code they gave me before £57.79, cobined with TCB 6.8% brings the price down to £53.86.

    or 10% "10RECERT" = £61.20, combined with TCB down to £57.04

    TCB tracked immediately (edited)

They have a dodgy way of doing things. I was on there a week ago and there was a drive £300 on sale at £200. Then saw they did a over 50 scheme where you get 15% off. Joined only to find it give the deduction of the original price so with the code it went up to £255.

    How do you do this?

Sign in, stick it in your cart, leave.

Spin around 3 times, touch your nose, scratch your bum, tell the Mrs she’s a plank, go to bed without your dinner, get up and check your mail

NB: some of those steps are optional, I’ll leave you to decide which (edited)

Amazing - thanks OP. I've been dithering over a 2TB drive for a while but this is masses more storage for very little extra cost.

Followed all those steps and now I’m on the curb - but oh look an email from WD. Worth it.

What's the difference between this and the "normal" non-SE one? Ordered the other last night for £63, didn't realise this one is a wee bit cheaper.

I didn't get an "abandoned cart" bonus, but I did get a "welcome to the club" 10% code, which is unique, but I doubt stackable.
If TCB accepts the code on this page, then that's the way to go (edited)

Just on the WD site? Or is this a third party service I have to sign up for somewhere?

Because I have often added HDDs to cart on this site and then not bought them (still got one in there today from the last time I visited weeks ago) and have never had an email from them about it.

Try adding several drives so order value is high. Then remove the drives you don’t want once they send you the code (edited)

Yeah, definitely signed in - and it's drives that haven't gone out of stock, as they're not all from the recertified section.

Maybe it is an order value thing.

Unless its a PS5 game but great for keeping PS4 games (ie warzone) off of the internal SSD. I don't find it noticeably slower.
