Shipping weight seems correct though. You've got to risk it for a biscuit

You receive one, you spend an hour on chat being passed from one idiot to another, you end up returning it. Repeat a few times then you receive an email saying we notice you have returned a lot of items and had refunds please let us know why so may improve your experience. You reply to this detailing the many failings of Amazon and the 3rd party junk sellers, they then reply and say thank you you may carry on using our services. Of course this is really your first, last and final warning Next stage lifetime ban.

Have you got yourself banned?
Try the Superdrug 14pMum Fresh Pink Roll-On linky (free click and collect) if you missed out. My local store had some in stock earlier (was 0 a few days ago). Mentioned here originally.

PS: I think Amazon are great. If you get an item not as described on ebay, you're at the mercy of the seller's mood/personality and I've had one or two difficult ones in my time. Then there's Feedback wars (them, not me) where they get your truthful comments deleted, which really grinds my gears.

It seems your return rate would have to be 10% or more (quantity or value) to get banned but point taken. (I'm safe for now, my return/complaint rate is less than 2% and less than 1% in value)

How do you check your return rate. I return a lot of items but also have £100 plus gift cards so wouldn’t want to lose that on my account

Also I received the email as mentioned by @Azwipe but they said I can continue as normal and account isn’t affected
I add to basket and it doesn’t appear

I just calculated how many items I've returned and how many I bought within the last 2 years and their value Vs what I spent in total. Sorry, I can't be more helpful.
Looks like these may actually arrive as they've just taken £2.60 today !!

Let's hope it's 12 roll-ons and not just 2. The suspense is killing me!
