Every morning same food ..How you can survive in this britain...

cooked brekkie once a week before going on 10 mile walk? I just burn it off.

how can YOU survive with processed smoked meat on bread every day? - I might ask
HUKD now votes price increases hot, I despair...
Everyone seems to be talking about whether or not this is a deal based on 'past prices', 'inflation rates', the fact that its just a normal 'rrp'.
Let's be honest, not all of us knew the normal price of breakfast at IKEA and are still happy to be informed that we can have a breakfast, where (1) the food is cooked for us, (2) served to us at the counter, and (3) where we can sit down & enjoy the breakfast without the thought of having to wash the dishes afterwards... all for just £1.75!
It may not be an 'offer' as it is the normal price (i.e. not on 'offer') , but surely most would consider it one heck of a "DEAL" at this low price.
I guess each to there own at what constitutes a "deal" on HUKDs.

Just so poor it’s not a deal.

The price has been slowly creeping up, was £1.55 few months back, and I noticed that they restrict the amount of meat items as well.

Sadly, or luckily, my pub is only a 6 minute walk away!
I'll burn some of it off though. ;-)

The price is creeping up!
But can you buy one hash brown on it's own and walk around Ikea with it in your hand? It's all the rage these days, especially at KFC....
I think the sausages are made form MDF dust
good value cheap proteins
How is this a deal? It was £1.50 not that long ago.

Had lots of IKEA breakfasts over the years too and they have gone downhill imo.

I tell you what is a deal; when they reduce the price in the new year. Hasn't happened for a while now I think but a few years ago a six piece breakfast was 49p

Aye I dunno how anyone can eat the meat version, the sausages smell pretty bad, the bacon is okay though. I'm not a veggy but go for that everytime. Although the un-swappable tomatoes tends to make it feel like poor value, but doesn't stop me having a go at swapping it.

I reckon they should include toast. Not like it would cost that much.

Was 95p in 2007 and a loss leader but this far exceeds inflation. Deal is now 411°, this should be colder than a brass toilet seat. I totally despair.

I've noticed this with a few deals. People post a price increase deal and the sheep vote hot.

Now your 49p fry I'd vote hot

Nah, I think we've different ideas on what constitutes a deal.

It may be cheap but it's still a price increase. Why should I vote anything hot if it encourages the company to increase prices?

This is now the RRP from Ikea, if they reduce the price from £1.75 I may consider it a deal. This is not a deal, this is now the new price you'll pay.
Had one the other week only good thing about it was the price, had better meals on a airplane

Not even by name if you look at the above picture - "scrambelled"!
Mmmm a decent breakfast for £3.50 Heat!

No wonder they tasted better than usual!
This was £1.50 last month or the month before? Be aware no swaps are allowed. So say you don't want the tomato they won't let you have something else in exchange.
Just a tip: if you partake in this "breakfast" don't have the free coffee afterwards, it's like having a liquid colonic.
Bummer...was £1.50 (£2.25 non-members) last week when I was in.
18% price hike
Well All I can say if it is anything like the Ikea store nearest to me then I wouldn't recommend it.

I Have eaten the store closest to me on three separate occasions and can honestly say the food has always been cold! I was even in the queue once when the staff bought out another tray of "freshly" cooked bacon and sausage but to my disappointment I discovered it was still cold just the same. I wont be going there for a fourth time
Great if you don't have any taste buds.
