Sainsburys offer:

over priced groceries
charge for delivery
but
has a larger variety to choose from

Iceland offer:

Free delivery
reasonable prices
but
a small supermarket/ variety to choose from
and fruit and vedge aren't as fresh as large supermarkets

Or change email every week for 15 to 20 off your shopping
You get what you pay for.

I shall not be joining you in a race to the bottom.

It's a bit off to expect free deliveries for a small order IMO margins aren't that great. You'll end up paying for it one way or the other.
