No joke, I saw this with my 'just woke up' eyes and thought it was chocolate swiss roll, got excited about the price for 6 rolls and now i'm severely disappointed. Voted hot, as sometimes in life we must be let down to move up.
My favourite colour of parcel tape. Tried all the others but keep going back to brown.
Not sure what this is like, but there's a huge difference in quality between decent parcel tape and the cheap stuff.

I used to trade on eBay and went through lots of parcel tape... the cheap stuff is so thin that you can see through it if you hold it up to the light! Also, you get much less tape on a roll. The pound shop stuff is ridiculous in terms of how little tape is on the roll!

In my experience with tape, you get what you pay for.

2x10m each possibly 15m. A very bad deal

Poundland is £1 for 2 rolls - each roll is 35m so 6 rolls is total of 210m.
Screwfix is 66m a roll so 6 rolls is a total of 396m.
So for an extra 49p, you get 186m more at screwfix!
Seems a very good deal to me!

Cheap yes, but in my experience, not the best quality. I find the adhesive lacking somewhat.
2 for £1 in homebargains (good quality tape, tested)

It's a pound for two.
It depends how long “cm” is the tape per roll

What's your recommendation for best value tape?

Depends what you need to pack. For light-duty stuff, cheap tape is fine, but if you're packing heavy boxes, Sellotape parcel tape is the best I've used... excellent quality.

Absolutely spot on, I can't make out what the label is stating and the website is not forthcoming on the specs but this will be a 25 micron film with a water based acrylic adhesive, imported in bulk from China/Italy and will be around 20p/roll, perfect for wrapping presents and lightweight boxes of a couple of Kgs but not for "exporting tasks" whatever that entails.
You know what this site has become when the deal of the days consist of £1 final value fees on eBay and parcel tape... I wonder what the majority of the members are doing?

Either:

a) Buying specifically to sell
b) Impulse buying stuff they ultimately do not need or want, then selling it on
Thanks Op. Has to be worth a punt at the price. Even if the tape turns out to be nasty, at least it's 'cheap and nasty' LOL. Heat from me, thanks for posting.

Using it to export some of Britain’s finest engineering products that have saved many lives. Just wanted to share a good deal with others

The wife didn't complain... then again she couldn't.
Cheap!
Sadly, means 'cheap'. Dial is the same brand used by B&Q (I know, same owners). Even B&Q don't sell this one 66m long. I used to use tons of packing tape in my business and the best was invariably from Viking UK. Used to buy in bulk when on offer, still got some now from yrs back!

I reckon (could be wrong) this is a bought in item to sell in bulk. Will be as thin as hell. Hope though someone proves me wrong.
Here's the same brand Dial at B&Q.

Don't be so hard on yourself.

Yeah, over 50% of your deals are kack like Nintendo games, and most days game deals take up over half of the email send outs about deals, but hey ... It's not your fault you ain't got a life.
quick question. If I want to post a deal, where do I get the picture from. Example, a mobile phone or something.

If it’s a deal seen in store then a photo of the item itself would be ok... if not then from google images. Photos are often changed by mods if they are not suitable so don’t worry to much about photo if you can’t find one

What's not to like?
