People want different things from a TV with some people favouring functions, some favouring picture quality and others favouring all round value. I think this offering meets the latter criteria by offering great value and picture quality at the expense of not being 'smart' and using old but good plasma technology.Reviews are very good.
Ideal for those big screen nights in and consideably cheaper than some of the recent rebranded TVs that have been getting significant heat on here.

Features:
Full HD 1080p Plasma TV
Freeview Built-in
600hz Sub-Field Driving
Triple Engine
Virtual Surround
2 x 10W Speakers
Picture Wizard III
USB 2.0 playback (Music, photo, video)
Energy Class B

So in summary:
Benefits - It's a massive plasma screen for not a lot of cash.
Drawbacks - It's a plasma (power consumption), it's not smart (buy a £20 Amazon fire TV stick etc) and there's only one HDMI (get a HDMI switch or use an AVR if a problem).

As one of the few remaining plasmas while OLED TVs cost £1700 minimum, this is hot. As a deal, not so sure, back in the last days of 50" plasma stock these were down around £600 which was a much better deal, massively regretting going for the 50" with all the bells and whistles instead of this.

The Sharp LC 60 can sometimes be bought cheaper depending on the offers retailers are running which is a proper Sharp made TV with a good panel but flawed smart functionality but may be a good choice given it has (from memory) even backlighting.
Other 60 inch TV's will also come up around this pricepoint from the likes of Diginome, Finlux, Blaunpunk, Seiki but I feel most of these offerings are always flawed with problems such as uneven 'edge lit' backlighting or issues such as poor refresh rate (most 50HZ) or poor contrast etc. Having an established brand name also counts for something (as at least LG has a complaints department which I used sucessfully for a washing machine).
Currently I think the LG plasma is the most bang for the buck avaiable but correct me if I'm wrong as I want a cheap (good) 60-65.

Never heard of this retailer before but shows some other good offers such as the 65inch Sony w855 for £1252 with 5 years warranty (which I can't find cheaper with warranty), will see if my local RS will pricematch as slightly concerned about the variable customer service reviews for Totaldigital.

Be interesting to know richer sounds price match as I've got a branch 7 miles from me

Nice!
