Cheaper than Currys use the code to get it at this price (GENGBAFF115) with 5% off I prefer buying direct from the Company who makes the product plus Intrest Free credit option if you don't have that kind of loose change. Plus free delivery.

Well finally went for it today ordered and went for the 12 months Intrest free option at £65 a month. Saves me trying to save for it.

What's the actual tv like ? Any information would be appreciated.

And the HZ and Resolution is good on this TV YA.

Don't know whether to be happy or sad that their is now a 10% discount or whether I should just be pleased that I've got the TV

what is the warranty period?

A bit dear considering it isn't smart or 3d? I know those features don't appeal to everyone but at this price you would expect them wouldn't you?

would rather get w8 by spending a bit more

How much more would it be?

I picked one up from currys about 2 weeks ago. great tv, nice display. interface is a little clumsy for access to settings etc but plenty of scope for fine tuning. the remote also doubles up as a remote for the ps4 which is a neat touch.

i became senile or the site is sht

Great TV I would question the sanity of anyone who would go into debt over any television set even if it is interest free.

Do not forget 6% Quidco cashback.

Waste of my bloody time, code doesn't work even though it is supposed to be valid until Monday.

Do you mean nearly £500 dearer.

But it's interest free, so even if you're only getting 1% interest on savings that's £8 a year for nothing assuming setting it up is no hassle. But agree if people can't afford it they should probably be looking for something cheaper.

I bought a tv direct from Sony end of October. it was faulty and it took until the end of December to sort out. they have the worst customer service I have ever come across. I am not alone in my issues. look at the official Sony forums. I would save yourself the hassle and buy from a reputable company.

OK but I still think this is not a smart investment. Better to sacrifice 5" and buy the Samsung 55H6400 and you would pocket some change and a vastly superior telly.

Cold from me.

Riskyb I had a look in Currys at that Samsung TV I thought the picture quality was poor and I thought the Sony was crisper but it's all about opinions my friend.

Is this a smart TV. Thanks

George deals Yes.

As pollarj has said you are taking a risk (in terms of your time and frustration) ordering from these guys.

I received a faulty TV and it has taken me about a month of phone calls and emails to get it picked up for a refund. On the day it was picked up there was additional hassle when two delivery companies called to pick the TV up.

I should have gone to John Lewis instead.

I bought this TV this week, picture quality is brilliant, I set it all up following AVForums guides and it has improved it immensely.
