I bought a cheap HRM watch to start with, very inaccurate, save your money and buy a Polar, worth the difference even for a basic model.

I have got Polar it was very accurate at the beginning after 2 months its not accurate at all. Im out of breath it shows 125 BPM

better check your heart rate variability ( HRV or RR intervals) ..
A low heart rate despite vigorous activity could be a sign of over-training .
if it is so (overtraining) and you carry on you could be in trouble

I personally wouldn't touch this watch . In my opinion dynamic heart rate monitors are better as there is no interruption in ones fitness drills while checking the heart rate
