very hot! Cheaper than buying just a bulk 2.5" drive of that size!
would be interesting what drive (brand) sits in the case...

would this work on a TV or DVD/Blu Ray player that has a USB port?

showing as £47.98

The drive you receive is different from the one in the pic. Go to dane-elec website (SO-Mobile). So far happy with it

Can the drive be removed and installed into a PS3?

I am assuming it can as it's 2.5"

I believe being 2.5" is not the only criteria, it needs to spin at 5400rpm too, & from the description, it's unclear...it doesn't say

For that kind of price it can only be a 5400 rpm, not a 7200 I'd say.

There's also the height criteria - 9cm vs 12cm I think.

Can somebody take a look inside and post the exact model number of the HD,cheers.

I was having problems getting the free delivery so I did the following:
Logged in at Scan.
Opened up new page and logged in at AVForums.
Scan then popped up a message saying I'm now entitled to free delivery.

Hope that helps someone...I was getting pretty frustrated not getting my free delivery.

Has it expired?

Yes, expired.

aww

it expired about an hour after I ordered

But I was arguing with my friend today, as the price has gone up from £41.99 to £47.98, he was saying that much shouldnt make a difference, but what is ur opinion?

mine arrived today. Working quite well so far.

this is the drive in it here, and it has fantastic reviews

Mine is now sitting happily in my PS3 and the 250gb that came out is now in the caddy.
