S22 ultra does support 45w charging so Yes, thus will charge it at 45w.

Tecknet tend to get posted a lot as they slap their name on decent products and don't charge a fortune for them.
Generally they sell reliable items, just not top of the range.
I certainly wouldn't call them unknown though, they've been around a while and most people (into tech/gadets etc) have heard of them. (edited)
