Not the best reviews? Anyone with them with a view?

Mate don't rely on the reviews

I got a sim for a cousin and he is not complaining

My 2 sisters were with them for few years and left as I have found a good deal with EE not because of any technical or customer service issues

I think they are going to be fine

Regarding mobile signal in areas you travel and live is a separate things so do your own homework

Been with them for three months. Been fantastic so far - on par with Vodafone for coverage. Just check signal in your area

Been with them 12 months and find it good value, but like all networks it depends where you use the phone in relation to coverage masts... I have another sim with TPO and I think it's awful where I live but others report differently. PN customer service has always been spot on, UK based and easy to talk to.
They just offered me 8GB for £10 as I moaned it wasn't as good as the iD Mobile deal on here. Always great customer service and an excellent signal wherever I usually am.
Agree with all above.
Annoying thing is you have to log in to account to see what data /minutes have left or used.
EE network, i get poor coverage indoors, planning on moving.

I get 5gb for this price. nothing wrong with them and customer service is top notch

Have two contracts with them for the kids. £5 p/m 2.5gb 1500 mins and unlimited text. Been with them for about 10 months now with no problems regarding customer service whatsoever.
I have 3 sims with plusnet.
Just done a speed test and got 37.06 Download and 20.92 upload on an old nokia Lumia 640XL near the window.
I got 24.12 Download and 20.94 upload at my desk.
From router I get 34.26 Download and 10.12 Upload.
Every where south of the thames I get good signal.
So very happy.
  • 5GB 4G Data
  • 2500 Minutes
  • Unlimited Texts
  • 30 Days Sim
  • I get this for £9.00
Existing Plusnet broadband customers get unlimited text and minutes so even better deal if you already have their broadband

Been with them since last november (on the same deal except with unlimited mins).

Ported across my number with no issues.
8 months on, no complaints from me.
No complaints from me, I've been with them for over 2 years. Good coverage where I am and customer service is good too.

Probably because EE only give Plusnet access to the higher bands and not the 800mhz one which tends to be better in buildings.

Been with them for 2 years now. We have 3 contracts with them. I only notice this issue when I'm in the gym, but then I don't want people calling me when I'm in the swimming pool.
I'm a plus net customer sim only ...you have to be a broadband customer to get this deal unfortunately.....:-(

Why would they not give Plusnet access to these when all companies have a common owner?

Did you call them to get that deal? I'm with iD at the moment and this signal is poor.

1000 minutes, got to go through rentention team to get it (at least I did)
I've been with plusnet for about 6 weeks after moving from Vodafone. Customer Service is truly amazing in comparison. I spoke to retentions and was offered the 10gb for £10 deal after only being there 2 weeks. Also now get textevery Monday with remaining allowance. V happy so far!
Have to admit the customer services are top notch on this provider. Always get 4g and great signal but that can vary for everyone I guess.
Thx for all the input. Currently with Giff Gaff. Never an issue. Not the best tariff but as much as i need. Worth considering this though by the sounds.
Having all sorts of problems since switching to them last week, my number ported over on Friday successfully last week and I’ve not had a data connection since , have had various phone conversations with them trying everything to fix this and finally they said the network was down when number ported and it’s messed up loads of SIM cards .... fair enough but the new sim I was supposed to receive the next day has still not arrived 3 days later..... if it’s not sorted by tomorrow I’m getting pac code and can only describe my experience as terrible ....
First post but just to bring this to everybody's attention who want to use PlusNet. Please look on the forum and read all the issues people are having with data and getting nowhere. This is not a PlusNet moan but beware or you will become foul of a problem that is out of your hands...

Been with Plusnet for almost a year now and not had any problems. Signal has always been good wherever I am. Got 2 sims on Plusnet, no problems at all.

phone up and ask for texts. they can send you texts with whats left
Plus net and Virgin do not get access to the EE network 800mhz band 20 spectrum. Only BT do. This is pivotal for indoor coverage. The misinformation and false advertising infuriates me. Word has to be put out on this cheating behaviour.
Just got this deal today, despite it having expired.
