It's only for one day..?

There are at least 50 Subways in every town and city across the country, maybe he could visit each one in a day.

It's not. Can confirm I've seen the banners for this in the Chorley branch, supporting a charity.

Amazing deal if true, even moreso if national.

Subway usually support the homeless so I'm
Guessing it's real and needs to be a Woolley pair of gloves for them

Great anti-crime initiative.

OJ simpson is gonna be out of luck with this deal

I've got cold hands now if it helps.

The donations go to their workers... who use them to prepare your food right in front of you X)

There you go, op. I saw it today too I'd posted in error, but glad I could help out with the pic

So in every Subway, except the ones who are not doing it.
can't be arsed, sort your marketing crap out Subway

Is this because the Subway workers are a unhygienic lot that handle money with the same gloveless hands that they same the food and empty the bins...

Must be just yours then.

Can honestly say I have always seen them take their gloves off when going to the till or using the phone after preparing food in all the Subways I have ever visited. And before you say it, yes I am fussy about this stuff!.

And whilst on the subject of hygiene, can I just plug this awesome free app (not mine btw!) called ScoresOnTheDoors from Google Store. It hooks into the FSA (Food Standards Agency) database and instantly gives the hygiene ratings of restaurants around you, or you can search by town etc. Highly recommended when travelling around.

Didn't know they were into latex.

Me too - and I imagine that any Subway franchise seen breaking the hygiene rules would be reprimanded by the company. That said, there are quite a few 1/2* ratings on the Food Standards website! I suspect they are at risk of their franchise being terminated if the problems aren't resolved.

Great little app but i can't take the FSA rating seriously, when my local Papa John's has recently received a 5 out of 5 rating and iv seen a cat walking around on the worktop in the back several times.
They also sharpen there knives on the wall out side for some reason.
And the staff use the back passage as a toilet.

Great offer at subway though, I'm gna check my local later. Thanks op

That app is already posted on this site. Makes interesting reading checking up on local restaurants.

I agree that the FSA scores on the doors system is flawed. The criteria is fixed and is very specific so some more dangerous food practices go unnoticed. The only thing I would say is that the establishments that can't be bothered to get at least 4 stars are probably lapse on food hygiene overall. It is quite easy to get 4 stars with basic food hygiene practices so no excuses really.
