Just bought one , had quite a few tents in my time , this is the first with a sewn in groundsheet , excellent value at £85. iwas fed up with the wind whistling through my existing tent which was substantially more expensive
Use Quidco to get even cheaper.
Like all tents it says 6 but its really a 4 , a gift to pitch , 20 mins by myself from unpacking - even without reading instructions - i am a man after all

i think its the same as the gelert atlantis 5 from comparing pics and dimensions , its a good £40 dearer. Thinks its a gelert tent just sold by tescos

Great for families if you can put up with the bedrooms being beside each other

Ideal sizewise for my purposes - 2 adults , 2 young kids and for weekend use. Its s a good size and doesnt take ages to put up take down . You can also have one huge bedroom area so good for couples who need space or like being able to stnd up in their tent

This Gelert Corona 6 person tent is just what you need when you are camping with friends or family. The Corona is a green tent with a charcoal coloured border. It has an integrated, sewn-in polyethylene groundsheet, and the tent is propped up with flexible fibreglass poles. You can change the inner layout of the Corona by adding or taking out the removable bedroom divider. This enables you to use it as a family tent, or without the divider, to provide space for 6 adults. This tent is easy to pitch, and it comes with a dual entrance porch with mosquito mesh doors. Air vents help regulate the internal temperature of the tent, to keep it cooler on hot days. Taped seams and waterproof outer fabrics tested to a 2000mm hydrostatic head rating ensure that you are kept dry when it is raining outside. The tent also has fire retardant properties.

You must have owned some retro tents (or not bought a new one for 30 years?).

Thankyou, how charming. Perhaps you could enlighten me by pointing me in the direction of a selection of modern tents without sewn-in groundsheets?

I too have owned several tents in my time and have been camping many times over the last 40 years. The only tents without a sewn in groundsheet that I've ever slept in were traditional cotton patrol tents with wooden poles made by Blacks of Greenock - very retro.
