Great price, got a feeling Turkey will be extremely quiet this year though, sad world we live in.
yes it will, as will tunisia, travel companies have already pulled all their summer flights from some areas in this region
Yes real shame , we normally go to the Fethiye region twice a year and have been doing so for the last 8/9 years, never any problems, people are very friendly and weather lovely but my wife is very reluctant to go at present so sadly we won't be going for a while
Cheap holidays born out of other people's paranoia. Voted hot.

Wish we went that often! We love that region. I'm glad last year we took a boat trip out along the coast and swam in the sea in the blazing sun. Stayed at one of the best priced and presented resorts I've come across in all counties. Hoping we can go again sometime but going to take a year out!

Been to Olu many times over the years, lovely place, as an alternative Spain is over priced, will be even more expensive this year as many will see it as a safer place, how long for is another question.

I love Olu Deniz and marmaris, it's a shame with the current situation but I'd still go back, people are so friendly and it's such a lovely country!

I would go back but unfortunately my wife won't , but if and hopefully I get sometime off and she doesn't I will go, love the area and the people and also got a great dentist in Fethiye where I had a lot of work done a couple of years ago and I like to go in for a checkup when ever I'm there, so much better than my dentist in the uk

LOL. Or deaths.

Turkey is fast becoming a hard line islamist state thanks to Erdogan. Journalists jailed, innocents imprisoned and murder in the name of the state.
Yes just like all the Bravehearts we heard from banging on about how safe Sharm El Sheik was until the jet blew up just after take off.

I don't think it's paranoia, just common sense. Bombings are already frequent in parts of Turkey. Can you guarantee that they will not target tourist areas this summer ? I love Marmaris but I couldn't relax there now or risk putting my family in danger even at the slightest chance of trouble.

Them, and all the others. The PKK and DHKP/C are looking to up the ante and hurt the Turkish regime. If a few tourists get in the way and the Turkish tourist industry suffers futher I am sure they would not fret too much in order to hurt the Turkish state.

Shame, always fancied trying some of the quieter parts of Turkey but no way would I risk it now.
