Shocking customer service, straight back to bulb after having our 3 phase installed

God I love bulb too. So simple.
Terrible supplier. Got away with a lot of mistakes the past ten years. When they first changed there systems they were takeing double and tripple the amount out of there customers direct debit and the staff were told to tell the customer it was correct,
Would add to what others have mentioned give bulb a go.
Wow didn't know EDF we're that bad. I'm looking to switch soon as well

Been with them now for four years, never had a problem. Guess I've been lucky! Was going to switch to Tonik (cheeper tariffs) but then discovered their recent online reviews; terrible, so I remained with EDF.
Atrocious customer service, I'm due to select a new tariff or leave. Took over £100 out of my dad's account extra without any permission/notification even though account was up to date. No apology either.
